I do not live in Ponca, but I needed a plumber for a rental. I called several and left messages. Silver answered the phone and told me they were busy the week I called, but could get to it the next week, either Tuesdays or Wednesday. He said I PROMISE you we will be there."""" I agreed and texted them my name, address, phone, and what the job was. Tuesday came, and I heard nothing. On Wednesday, another no-show. No call. No text. Nothing. I texted Thursday morning, and they texted me back asking address. I gave it to them again and that was it. They never called. They never texted. They never showed. I don't know how their plumbing skills are, but their business and communication skills are terrible. It's sad.
