As a licensed master plumber with over 20 years of experience including UPC codes and the current IPC code. We provide full service including drain cleaning and video inspection.
I started out in a quaint town called Preston, Idaho, back in 1998 at a community sewer and drain company. Prior to that, I held jobs in construction, including concrete and insulation, in schools and churches. I became interested in the various trades, especially while I was finishing concrete in the heat around plumbing emerging from the ground. I kept wondering how I could master a craft trade (no offense to the concrete workers). One evening, while working at my parents' shop, a plumbing contractor came in to buy some computer parts and wondered if we knew anyone interested a summer opportunity that could lead to full-time work. I realized my interest in the trade and finished my 4-year apprenticeship in Nampa, Idaho, and I have since pursued to achieve where I am today.

This company is trash! The recommendation I would suggest is DO NOT even bother calling cause they won't answer or even show up to the appointment they make! I almost think AHS is trash as well cause they use this company! Save yourself the trouble and call anyone else cause these people are worthless. I HAD to use a 1 rating due to you cannot post without but they deserve negatives and really should not be in business at all!

We have a leak in our bathroom shower which caused damage to the floor and the ceiling below. We had the plumber come over and spend 10 minutes looking over the problem.
We requested an estimate for the repairs. After several days, I am texted a screenshot of the estimate which is not even legible. Why a screenshot? An email would have been much better.
Anyways, I have reached out to Monica several times for her to email me the estimate. No responses via phone or email. Completely incompetent!!

This company was referred to me through my home warranty company. I waited 48 hrs before someone ever called to set an appointment. While I was waiting for them to call I tried calling them and left messages twice and no call was returned. When I finally got an appointment it was going to be the following day between the hours of 12-2. The time came and went and they didn't show and didn't call to say there was a problem nothing. I had arranged for someone to wait at my house for this company to show only to be stood up. Now I've got to start the process all over Meanwhile I'm have to boil water for dishes and bathes. This bites. Horrible horrible service. I've reported it to my home warranty company and they've referred me to another company. I hope it works this time.

Our water heater went out. America Home Shield assigned Silver Eagle Plumbing. We were told that the owner is making the service calls because people are not dependable and don't want to work. They scheduled us for the next day from 3-5. Nobody showed up. We called in the morning and Monica said they both called several times but we didn't answer and they didn't want to show up and for us to not be home. We do not show any calls from their number. She said she would see what she could do for today andwould call Randy and then call us back. We called back in about 2 hours and left a voice message that we needed to hear back about an appointment. No response. We left another message stating that we needed to hear from them as to whether or not they could come out. If not, then we needed to find someone else.
Later we got a call from another plumber that AHS assigned. Hopefully, they will work out. So they must have contacted AHS to say they couldn't do the job. They did not have the courtesy to return our calls to let us know.

This is a great plumbing company. They are prompt & reliable. They do what it takes to get the job completed correctly. All questions are answered. If you need more help, you can reach out to them anytime.
I have had them do 3 jobs for me. The first time, they fixed a shower leak. They were quick & easy to work with so I called them again when I wanted to install new toilets. I called them a third time to repair a shower valve problem caused by our former owners. They have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Does not return calls. Our sink has been stopped up for 3 days after calling AHS they then promised to reach out. Definitely won't be using this company in the future.

AHS sent Silver Eagle Plumbing for a service request to replace a water heater. They were absolutely NOT responsive to my phone calls and messages. Only once did they call a day and a half after the service request was placed, only to schedule the initial diagnosis.
During the diagnosis, I requested three separate quotes to get prices and an understanding of out-of-pocket costs I would incur if I chose to upgrade our water heater. It took three business days for them to FINALLY give AHS the initial diagnosis so we could get started on replacing the water heater. At this point, we were well within a week of having no hot water.
After that, we received information that AHS was provided claiming multiple code violations of around $400+ that would have to be taken out of pocket to correct. So, instead of going with Silver Eagle, we opted to cash out and hire another company to do the work (in a much more timely fashion, no less!).
The contractor we hired were timely, well priced, and when asked about the ""code violations"", the company we hired stated that there were zero code violations, and even the subsequent inspection and inspector agreed! The only thing changed was the water heater, no valves, no pipes, not a thing!
Then, a couple of weeks AFTER we had our new water heater installed, Silver Eagle Plumbing FINALLY emailed me asking me which quote I would like to move forward with. Unfortunately for them, I had already moved forward with another company that actually was concerned and took care of me.
So, all of this is to say: STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM SILVER EAGLE PLUMBING. They are not worth your time or effort.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What an absolute nightmare...the only reason I tried to use them was because they were the only ones my home warranty(AHS - another horrible company) would allow me to use. I wish I could give zero stars. ALSO, THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB.
I had the technician come by on a Friday to initially look at quoting me for a new water heater. He showed up in a bad mood and ended up breaking the relief valve on my water heater, which of course busted during the night and leaked all over my basement until I saw it the next morning. I and my home warranty tried to contact them several times through phone calls and by messages sent by my home warranty , and they never contacted us. By the way...they will never answer your calls and their voicemail is completely full.
Fast forward to Monday, and I finally receive a call to make an appointment on Thursday between 9 to 11 to get my water heater replaced. Well I takeoff work so I can be home from 9 to 11 and no one shows up. Also, no one contacts me at all about why the technician missed his appointment. Only after I called numerous times do I get a text, not a call, saying they don't know why he missed it and they'll reschedule for the afternoon. So, we reschedule between 2 and 4 PM that same day. Again the technician is a no show. And again I have to reach out to them to figure out where their technician is.
When I finally hear from them(via text), I'm told there was a family emergency, but he can show up tomorrow between 9 and 11 on Friday.
So I takeoff work AGAIN on Friday. And again for the third time in a row the technician doesn't show up AND yet again they do not contact me and I have to go out of my way to contact them and ask why the technician didn't show up. Each time I did not get an immediate response and I have to wait around for a text, never a phone call, on why a technician can't make the appointment.
This time, i'm told he was in a messy job and had to run home and take a shower and could possibly meet at one. But in no point did they try to contact me or even call me to let me know what was going on, I always had to reach out to them.
So I finally text back after again rearranging my schedule to try and take more time off work, and tell them yes I can be here at one for him to show up. And all I got back was a one sentence text saying ""he can't make it."".......
So, I was stood up four times and each one of those times their assistant ""Monica"" did not try to reach out to me once to rectify the situation. I always had to reach out to them, that is if I could even reach them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS MOST LIKELY A SCAM OF SOME SORT. If you're looking for help with plumbing I highly recommend Priority Plumbing, I already have an appointment with them after talking to them on the phone ( they answer right away). Do not waste your money with silver Eagle plumbing, they do not care about your business.

When they arrived they were fast, competent, friendly, professional and solved the problem. They cleaned up after themselves and I am 100% satisfied with their work.
However they got four stars, because of their poor communication. I missed their call the first time, and it took two days for them to get back to me. Then when I finally set up a time, I was told that they would be at my house ""first thing in the morning"" and that they would call me when they were on the way. They arrived at 11:00 and didn't call first.
I guess in the days of mobile phones and voicemail we've been spoiled with our communication desires.
Overall I'm happy with their work.

The guy who arrived to investigate my leak was a condescending ass. Here maybe 15 minutes. Half that time he was on the phone having some side conversation. Stated that I just don't know how to shower without throwing water everywhere. That there isn't really a leak.
There is a leak! Obviously. Now I have to call AHS and argue because you did literally nothing to solve the problem.
