We had a major back up on your sewer line and Pete came out within an hour on a Saturday afternoon and took care of the problem with his powerful hydrojetting tool. With his camera, we discovered lots of roots and a slightly broken sewer line where it meets the city pipe, but at least he cleared the line and said it should be good until the landlord is ready to do the big repair. Pete is a great guy, and we highly recommend him. Oh, and his price was 1/2 that of another plumber's estimate.

My dog broke a water pipe and it was gushing water in the late evening. I found Silva's Plumbing online and called him. Peter came out within 20 minutes and got right to work. He was even able to fix the pipe without breaking any stucco on the house. He's great with my family and my dogs! I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. I know he'll be the only one I ever call. 10/10!

The valve for the refrigerate filter was leaking. I had to refuse the delivery of a new refrigerator the previous day because if they left it, the leak would void our warranty. I was desperate to find a plumber to get my delivery rescheduled. My friend recommended Peter. One call and the appointment was set. Peter and his son, Peter showed up the same day and took care of the valve in less then 30 minutes. Since he had asked me for a picture of the valve earlier, he was equipped with the replacement part. The work was clean, beautiful, fast, and at a very reasonable price. He told me he guarantees his work for 1 year. I hope I don't have future plumbing issues, but I definitely would use and recommend Silvas Plumbing.

I just found my new permanent plumber. Pete is awesome! From the time I called until the job complete at the best price I found, only 3 hours had passed. I had a ""small job"", a dripping copper pipe fitting and he made time in his day to stop by and and do a clean and quick job. Thank you Pete
