Charlie is hands down the very best plumber there is. We've been in our house for over 20 years and during that time he's done countless gas and water-related repairs in our home-- including water heaters, gas dryers, stove hookups, boiler repairs, sump pump installation, and more. He's honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and always does an excellent job in an incredibly reasonable amount of time. We are so grateful to know Charlie and highly, highly recommend him.

I found a radiator had been leaking right when the weather started to turn cold. In calling several other companies, most did not call back, or were booked up for at least a week. Charlie called back within a couple of hours, and was able to stop by that same day, fixing the root cause of my leak. He communicated clearly throughout, was polite and professional, and left the work site very clean. Having had several bad experiences with plumbers over the years-not showing up, charging exorbitant prices-I wish I had known awesome plumbers like Charlie do exist. He will be my go-to person from now on.

Called Charlie about some banging pipes I started having. He knew exactly what the problem was on the phone. ""Guessed"" that we had bought a new front loading washer and dryer. In old buildings, these cause a water hammer. He told me exactly what I needed to buy to fix the problem and told me how to do it. Extremely nice guy. He went above and beyond in helping me and at no monetary benefit to him. I will definitely continue to use Charlie when I need a plumber.

Our hot water heater gave out the Saturday before a long weekend. We'd never had the heater worked but Sillari was listed as having installed/serviced it for the previous owner so we called them. They were incredible. We called on Sunday, someone came Monday afternoon (on a holiday) to look at it and provided an accurate quote. We had a working heater in by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The unit was still under warranty and they handled everything with processing that as well.
