We inherited a plumber with our home who was a total clown. Thankfully our neighbors recommended Charlie for a big project. When he came to look at it he instantly saw a different problem then the other plumber had diagnosed and was able to do a comprehensive repair/reconfiguration that will give us many more years before needing a new furnace.

Recently we're having major issues with our steam heat and have been talking to Charlie almost daily - he calls back immediately and knows our house better than we do from work he did on it over a decade ago. I swear this man has a mental map of the plumbing on every house he's ever worked on. Charlie is friendly, prompt and very responsible. He has essentially made a suggestion against his own interest in recommending we not spend more money maintaining an old steam system and switching to something more low maintenance and efficient. I can't ask for more than that!

I think two of Charlie's strong attributes are his timeliness and his honesty. I called him 4 or 5 times over the course of the work and he always called me back within an hour or two.

I'm confident that one can trust Charlie because he actually turned a very lucrative situation into a very cheap situation, showing his honesty and integrity. I had originally asked for a price to run a gas line from the meter to the second floor and have a stove installed. When he came to start the job, he found an gas existing pipe in the wall and recommended that we test it to see if it could be used. To our amazement, the pipe could still be used, and that is exactly what we did. If we had gone with the original plan, I would have had to pull out cabinets and pull down sheet rock. Instead, he added a couple t-fittings and a few feet of pipe and the job was complete for a few hundred dollars.

I would highly recommend Sillari Plumbing.
