We had a toilet with a corroded flange that was leaking a little bit and needed to be replaced. I sent a request for quotes on Yelp. As usual, I received a bunch of automated requests asking for my address and phone number so they could come out and look at the job to do an estimate. I always ignore those responses.

Frank responded personally and right away. We emailed back and forth about the job which is how I wanted to communicate. He gave me a price and said he could come right away that evening or the next morning. We had him come that evening. He worked really hard for three hours and got everything taken care of. From the time I first sent the Yelp message to when Frank left for the evening was about six hours. It was amazing. He is also a really nice guy.

We can't recommend Frank highly enough. We will definitely contact him with any future plumbing needs.

I have a Toilet water tank leakage problem. I fixed this kind of issue myself on my another toilet before. But it took me too much effort and time. So, i decide to hire a professional plumber to do it this time.
At beginning, I contacted EJ Plumbing and Preferred Plumbing, the 2 most high rating plumbing vendors I can find nearby. EJ told me, they will charge $39 for just sending someone to do an inspection and quote. Preferred Plumbing sent someone to inspect for free; however, that guy is apparently a novice, and he proposed to replace the entire toilet !! ( i know i only need to replace the water valve and flap)

Fortunately, I got a response from Frank, the professional plumber from Silicon Valley Plumbing, today. He quickly provided me a reasonable quote (he knew i only need to replace the valve and flap). And we quickly schedule a time and he just came and fix it. It's like i sent a request for a quote at 9am in the morning, Frank came before 11am, and fix everything by 1pm!!
Frank not only fixed my toilet, he also noticed my shower dripping issue. He swiftly made a reasonable proposal,and fixed everything with my consent.
Frank is the best plumber i have met so far. I will contact him the next time when i have any plumbing issue!

Had a bad sewer lateral clog. Frank came out in 30 minutes after all the other plumbers had called it a day. He cleared it promptly and professionally, and went above and beyond running the camera from multiple cleanouts to investigate the issue and make sure I understood everything about the cause and the condition of the pipe, good and bad, elsewhere in the system.

I have worked with Frank on backyard drain clogging, and he explained all the technical things around drain clog and what all the possible situations it could have. He did not have a tool to further troubleshoot then he recommended a plumber who can fix it and arranged for him to come and help me fix the problem, checked up on the work and was very good at helping me fix the problem. He was prompt in responding and prompt is finding a time to come and fix the problem.

Hello, my name is Sergio, hired Silicon Valley Plumbing Services to replace my 40gallon hot water heater and met with technician Frank and he installed a new Tankless hot water heater instead which is a upgrade from my old unit. Technician was reasonable and professional. Definitely knowledgeable on the upgrade with a dedicated gas line that was calibrated to the unit. Fantastic Service and Highly recommend.

We had a toilet leak we wanted to fix quickly. Frank Larios (I think was his name) came to give us an extremely high quote to take advantage of a leak situation but we still agreed just to stop the leak. THen he went ahead and fixed the simple toilet handle fix with an old used handle that looked awful and didn't match and started leaking again within a few weeks. He also gave us an exorbitant quote for a water heater replacement which we got fixed for less than half the price. Generally cannot recommend him at all. Stay away.

Leaking exterior faucet causing puddles in side yard. Cast iron thru stucco wall. Frank replaced the faucet without having to break the stucco.

After seeing his work, I asked him to look at another exterior faucet and irrigation system interface that was significantly corroded and if he could replace that also. He had the parts, so he took care of that also. He put a dielectric interface in so that the caste iron to copper interface wouldn't corrode.

Quick work. Gave me some maintenance pointers.

It was a great experience with a reasonable price.
