I highly recommend Silicon Valley Plumbing (Frank). I'd give him six stars if I could. When I first spoke to Frank he gave me a time he would arrive and an estimated cost. When he arrived he snaked the drain like the previous folks I've had out here. Unfortunaily it didn't work this time. For plan B he went under our house to understand how our drains run. From what he saw and his experience he figured the problem was out by the street. He was right and he was able to take care of the problem for us. He went above and beyond to fix our problem and then he stuck to his initial estimate. GREAT SERVICE.
