I've used Henry's Plumbing Company multiple times and have been impressed each time with their timely response to request for service, communication, and quality workmanship.

My friends have also used Henry's service and were happy with the work.

My recent request for service had Henry respond and then show up the next day.

I needed 5 leaking irrigation ball valves replaced.

Henry and I went around my house looking at the work that needed to be done.

Henry did some preliminary work and Jessie completed the repairs.

As a bonus, the work replaced a lot of plastic piping and fittings that tend to leak.

Once again I was very happy with Henry and his Teams work.

They came out quickly to diagnose a problem, but did not have the part on hand. Was told I'd be contacted to schedule the install when part came in. 5 weeks later and multiple attempts to contact them with only 1 reply back at the beginning to say the part was coming in the following week. This is a part you can get over night through amazon. I even offered to order the part myself. No response. I finally cancelled the job.

Wow, customer service at Silicon Valley Plumbing is the best! Bob Santos is an amazing person. He is so knowledgeable. He helped me with a major plumbing problem. Bob explained things, so that I could understand in non layman terms. I was treated like a ""dumb woman"" by some other plumbing companies. Bob was on time, priced great and is a really nice guy in general. You want to give him your business, because he is fair and decent. I am very happy with the amazing service I received and would definitely recommend his services.

Bob Santos is an excellent professional plumber. He recently fixed a sink clog in our apartment unit which had been an issue for sometime. Bob was patient to find out the problem, fixed it quickly and cleaned up the workplace really well. I am very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.

Bob Santos is a dedicated professional. The best part I like about him is his passion. Recently he did three jobs in my house.
First it was the kitchen sink. At the time of construction of the house, someone did a messy job. Bob reengineered and simplified the whole layout.
Then I had leak in the garage from the floor above. Again Bob did a fantastic job of working in tight spaces. Then he nicely patched the wall.
Lastly he replaced my water heater with tankless one. Extremely well done. It required a lot of expertise to get that done.

If I could rate Bob Santos 5+ stars, I would. Bob is freaking awesome. We have called Bob numerous of times when our water heater burst, to helping us to convert to a tankless water heater, to fixing our leaking water issues for our sprinkler system, to repairing both our bathroom shower system that was leaking, to recently fixing our tankless system that malfunctioned. Needless to say, we trust Bob and his level of quality of work that he always provides. Bob is always on time and is diligent about completing the work in a timely manner. You can ask Bob anything and he will give you an honest and trustworthy opinion. He won't sell you anything more than what you need. Call Bob whenever you need help with plumbing issues. The guy knows his stuff. You will not regret it.

When the new tenants advised me of a plumbing issue with my bathtub, I got a referral to call Bob, and I'm soooo glad I did. All I did was let the tenants know when Bob will be arriving, and Bob took care of everything! I didn't even have to leave work!
