Mauricio Barrios (Silent Plumbing) is a fraud!
DO NOT BOOK him! I hired him to do a job for my elderly mother to fix a clog in her kitchen sink. Every time he attempted to fix the clog another issue occured in the house, the basement kitchen now had issues. He then told me it was something wrong with the trap and couldn't find a line, dug up all this dirt in the boiler room looking for it. I called my ederly father to explain to the plumber Mauricio were to find what he was looking for, just to find out he was in the wrong location! Mauricio proceeded to tell my dad he couldnt fix the issue and my dad told him to refund the money we paid him and he hung up the phone packed up all his tool and left my mother's house a MESS!! I made several attemps to him to refund the money and of course he never returned my calls! he is a crook! please be aware and I don't believe he is licensed!

My sink was backed up and if you are like me no matter what the problem is you hope to get a professional, honest person that gets the job done. Well, after requesting in yelp a few reach out at the same time but the one plumber that saw my address thought I was far and apologize for not able to service me and then with concern sent me a tip in which I felt that was really kind. I realized his location and said we are actually neighbors I am a town over not far. So he called me came the next day and saved the day. I highly recommend Mauricio. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism, honesty, courtesy and cleaned up after job done . He has an amazing personality and keeps you posted on his arrival. I got an amazing faucet installation for my backyard done by Mauricio. He is very efficient in his work and did a great job my family and I now have consistent water flow in our backyard. His prices are affordable and excellent. It doesn't get better than that he communicates very well and the service is impeccable, we loved it so much we are requesting him for another job .

The plumbers at Silent Plumbing provided quick and efficient work. Upon calling regarding one of our pharmacy locations, plumber Mauricio was extremely understanding and helpful. He was able to get to the store quickly and fixed our issue, all while keeping a clean work space. Even after we reached out to have them double check the issue, Silent plumbing was there to make sure we were fully satisfied. Not to mention, they were very affordable compared to the other plumbers we reached out to in the area. We will definitely be using their services again!
