R. Kevin S.Make sure to ask for Randall. He is very outgoing, very fast, and meticulous. He will explain anything you ask about your job. He recently replaced my very large 75 gallon direct vent water heater. Wonderful job! They answered the phone at 6:30 am and I got a call from Randall within 5 minutes. He came around 9:30 and finished with everything by 1:30. It was a big job with new copper plumbing, new expansion tank, and old unit, very heavy, was carefully taken up 17 steps with very little mess. His copper joints were perfect, no leaks.
Tammy S.If you would like a free standing bathtub installed incorrectly which created an even bigger hole in the ceiling of the room below, hire these guys. With their great service you will also get a new toilet in your gutted bathroom that was left with a chip in the tank cover and a handle that fell off one month later!!!!! GOOD luck if you hire these guys!!!!!!
