If you need a garbage disposal installed then by all means use David (fyi there are no other employees). However, I paid $150 an hour for David to learn how to install shower hardware/plumbing and toilets in four bathrooms as he has ZERO knowledge of anything outside of your run of the mill Home Depot Kohler or Moen fixtures.

Several times I had the saleslady from the hardware store on the phone with David explaining how the pieces went together. In the end I had to finally find another plumber as he was just eating up time at $150 and hour. Oh, and yesterday the new plumber discovered that he installed one of the toilets incorrectly and it leaked and warped the wood floors. I emailed this to David who of course said it could never have been his fault. AVOID

Rarely, if ever, do I leave reviews for companies - but I feel that I should at least share with you my own experience with this company, and you can make up your own mind.

It should have been a simple shower/tub install. This was a sub-contract job, and he came with a reasonable quote and recommendation from our contractor. After the install, the plumber left without testing the water. When we tried the shower, there was no water flow. Looking back I should have been there to inspect the work, but I naively just assumed that of course he would have done this. A call to him and he said that he maybe hadn't turned on the valves. He came back to do that. While here, we discovered that the water diverter wasn't working correctly. He told me to play around or go online and Google the problem?

I contacted my main contractor (the plumber was a subcontractor) to tell him that we still didn't have a working shower. Finally, the plumber (and contractor) came back to check out the problem. It appeared that the plumber had installed a faulty diverter (that he supplied, even though I had purchased my own). A week or so later, he came back to install the new diverter. While doing so, he discovered that he had mixed the hot and cold water pipes, so the hot water ran cold etc. The options he gave us were: remove the exterior siding and correct the work from the outside (given that all the custom tiling had already been completed), or he could give us his insurance company details, we could contact them and he'd walk off site. Our contractor thought it might be a simple fix (adjusting the diverter setting), but he refused to do it saying that he only felt comfortable with Delta fixtures (ours was a Moen). Then he left.

Our contractor did some research figured out that, yes, it was a simple fix and managed to get our shower and fixtures working.

I'd like to think that we're all prone to having 'off' days (hence, why I don't usually leave negative reviews). This turned into a comedy of errors though, and the fact that one of his options was to go through his insurance company is proof (to me) that he had no investment in making this job right and whole. I will never use this service again.

What an amazing company! Dave was recommended by a neighbor and we are so glad he did. Dave immediately assented the problem (our ceiling had developed a leak from the previous owners DIY toilet installation). Not only did he show up on time but he walked us step by step on what he was going to do and how he was going to fix it. Honest, great price and all in all this was such a positive experience.
If you need a plummer...call this company! I highly recommend them.

Signature plumbing is BY FAR the best plumbing company out there and they now have a customer for life!. I contacted Dave last month about a master bath remodel and was blown away by the entire experience. Before hiring anyone I look for four specific things; are they on time, are they good communicators, and (as a woman) do I feel comfortable with them being in my house if I was home alone and do they talk to me like a competent human being. Right off the bat they checked all 4 boxes. In addition they were great at explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, what they do and don't recommend, building codes (what needed to be done to be up to code), and explaining things multiple times if I didn't understand something. They worked hard, they worked efficiently, they kept me in the loop about everything that was going on and how much progress they made, they cleaned up after themselves each day and never left a mess which I very much appreciate. The remodel took about 2 days, everything went smoothly until the very end when we found out the existing piping material running all throughout our house was pretty much at the end of the road. Dave explained our options and I never felt pressured to redo this monstrous, unexpected, task at the current time. He very clearly told us the options we had and left the decision up to us. We decided to go with the whole house re-pipe and can now rest assure knowing we wont have any issues like that for the rest of the time we own this house. Dave worked with us on pricing and gave us a VERY competitive price. I wasn't even mad about the extra sizeable expense because Dave, Ric and Greg are such great guys and do such quality work. I was one of those people that used to cut corners and take the cheap way out but found over the years, in the end, just find a quality company and do the job right. Signature plumbing will do the job right every single time and they are a small family owned business who really care about their customers. Don't hesitate to give them a call, I promise you won't regret it!

Signature Plumbing Services was recommended to me by a friend. Dave and his team have been to my house twice, once for a free estimate and consultation, and the second time to repair pipes from my upstairs bathroom that were accessed through the living room ceiling. He even told me how to expose the pipes ahead of his visit. After I recommended Signature to a friend, he had them install a new toilet. I appreciate that all employees wore masks inside the house and that a senior discount is offered.

Faced with full repiping & underslab drain replacement for an older home, I chose Signature Plumbing because they offered a competitive price and seemed like the kind of folks I wanted to work with. I was not disappointed. The owner Dave, along with Rick and their assistant. were very communicative, conscientious, and thorough - they did quality work and didn't cut any corners. I would certainly use them again in the future.

The work David and crew did on our place is top notch! We had Signature Plumbing come out and look some shoddy plumbing in the basement of our house about a year ago, when we first moved in. They gave us really helpful advice on what to expect. A year later, when we were finally ready to have the work done, we called them again. They scheduled us quickly and got the work done in a good amount of time. They were especially helpful in explaining our options for replacing and updating a large portion of plumbing in the basement, and never pushed us to do something that we didn't need.

Consumer Beware!! This business is not reliable when scheduling work! Scheduled repair of interior faucet, leaking kitchen drain joint, 2 exterior bib replacements with backflow valve installations. Day of scheduled 2:00PM appointment received message from ""Dave"" @ 1:30PM that he had unexpected need to pick up child from school and because he was a small business he had no other option but to reschedule the appointment. Message included apology and assurance that he would call to reschedule. Did not receive a call for rescheduling, so next morning I called Signiture Plumbing and talked with ""Dave"" who answered the call. After apologizing for inconvenience and thanking me for understanding, my appointment was rescheduled for next day at 3:00 PM. At 3:00 PM on day for rescheduled appointment I received a message from ""Rick"" at Signiture Plumbing that he was running late, to expect arrival in 30 minutes, to respond only if I had questions, and that he was on his way to my residence. At 3:45 received a second call from ""Rick"" stating he thought they had wrong address
then continued by stating my residence address which was in fact accurate. We live in a well marked established subdivision in the Mount Scott area and have never had issues with people locating our home. Message included a number which I could contact if I would like to call and clarify or reschedule. I returned call within 15 minutes, but receive voice message for ""Dave"" at Signiture Plumbing on which I left detailed message again restating address and requesting return phone call. The messages from ""Rick"" were originated from a different phone number then business number ""Rick"" had given out, so I also tried to return a call to this phone number without response. Never received follow-up call from Signiture Plumbing for explanation, clarification or rescheduling. I guess their business is too small to provide reliable, respectful customer service; but large enough to mislead and offend potential customers. And if Signiture Plumbing has this much trouble with simple scheduling, imagine the quality of their plumbing expertise.
