Signature Plumbing was very honest in the our master bath plumbing needs. Instead of selling us NIB at ridiculous prices, they were able to replace our old brass vanity and tub hardware for what we needed at extremely reasonable fee. Compared to the big 3 or 4 plumbing companies that I see on TV and send me mail and marketing, this was a blessing! Some companies wanted ridicuous prices for a 3 or 4 hour job. While mine took longer, because of the original plumbing wasn't done right, I felt like we got a great deal for the money. Thank you!

I called Signature Plumbing earlier this week due to there being a possible leak at my home. I spoke to someone on 12/30 and was told they could have someone at my home at 3pm the next day, which was New Year's eve, and I was appreciative. I confirmed that morning by text the address of my home and that someone would arrive at 3pm to check it out. I was also told that would be a service fee for the diagnosis which I agreed to. Later that day I left work early to meet the plumber at my home because they said i needed to be there. Then time went by and at 4:15pm I texted the individual I spoke with and he said that he called at 3pm and there was no answer so he didn't come to my home. He said that it would have to be rescheduled for Thursday. I sent a message back telling him that no one told me that I had to answer a phone call to reconfirm an appointment that I already confirmed earlier in the day. And why would i have to answer a call at 3pm when he should be standing in front of me at the house at 3pm. Thursday came and went and no one showed or called me. This is very unprofessional and I think I should be paid for my missed time from work when I left early to meet them.

Super rude. Wouldn't even let me finish my sentences just assumed I was asking for a free estimate, which I was not. I would never work with them esp if they don't listen to the customer right off the bat.

I agree with other reviewers regarding the friendliness and quick response of Byron. He also did quality work. My concern is with his pricing. When he arrived to help find and patch my water supply line leak, he told me that leak detection would run just over $200. Then he said that the repair "could" run as high as $700 depending on how hard it was to locate the leak, how many leaks he had to repair, etc. Bottom line, it took 5 minutes to locate the leak with his air pressure technique. Then it took another 10-15 minutes to dig ONE hole, immediately locating leaking pipe. Another 20-30 minutes to cut out bad piece of pipe and replace it with PVC pipe. Fill in the hole and he was done. During this time I stayed outside with him sort of as an assistant, providing him whatever help I could provide (cardboard to cover the wet ground, a cool wet towel to help fight the heat, etc). Then came the bill...$1,050 !! His total time on my property was 2 hours (which included a 15-20 minute break sitting in his van with A/C running to cool off), which comes to $525 per hour. That is unreasonable in anybody's book. It is actually price gouging, but I had to pay it because I agreed to let him do the repair. Unless you have loads of money to burn, I would recommend looking for a more reasonably priced plumber.

Byron and this company are wonderful. We had a major plumbing issue right around Christmas and Byron was quick to show up at our house and identify the issue. The issue we had even involved working with the City of Carrolton to resolve, and Byron could have easily just passed the issue to them, but instead worked above and beyond to ensure that he did everything he could do in his power to make sure our plumbing problem was resolved.

This company is the only one I will call from now on if I have any plumbing issues in the future. Very professional, caring, trustworthy, and so many other characteristics that are hard to find in a service company these days.

Service was good but I had a problem with the pricing. We were quoted $80 or so to come out. That turned into a $190 bill for 30 minutes worth of work. No parts were used and no repairs were done, problem with sprinkler was diagnosed only. I would have been preferred to be told about the basically $200/hr diagnosis charge before hand.

We had a plumbing stoppage and tried going through our home warranty company. After 3 days of waiting to hear back from one of their approved contractors, we decided to pay out of pocket and call someone ourselves. I called Byron at Signature Plumbing Company at 1:00 and he was at my house by 2:45. He fixed the problem within in minutes. He was very friendly, honest and professional. I would refer him to anyone that needs plumbing services. He will be the first person we call from now on with any plumbing issues we have. We are so relieved to have found someone in the area we can trust who does honest work and is quick to respond to our needs.

If you read all the reviews here, the newest one was over 3 yrs. ago! What does that tell you? So, here is my review and most current... Gave only one star because this person did (as it seems so far) fix a leak, but we are waiting to see for how long. Person came out a 2nd time (within 6 mos.-1 yr timeframe) as we knew no one else to call, to repair a leak in our home. There are more new holes in our wall than before, pretty much in the same areas as he supposedly fixed from the very first time he came, and the cost to now repair this new damage is more than what we paid for last time. In fact, this person wanted us to pay upfront the amount quoted first, as we told him and he knew we could not file another insurance claim within a short time frame. Who pays first before a job has been started or completed? When asked if he ever found the leak, his response was, "Not sure, but at least it's stopped for now." Not the response a satisfied customer wants to hear from a Master Plumber. Our church ended up providing us with a plumber that said the work already done was "subpar" at best. After this master disaster, it will now cost us more money to repair the "new" damage caused to our home! Without all the drama, and long story short, he came to our house and my daughter and Ring camera captured him assaulting me (I never laid a hand on him). I filed a police report and reported that video evidence to the police. I'm sure there are better, more talented Master Plumbers with better character, morals, and customer service skills, and my desire is that the community will wake up, stand together, and not have to go through what my family and I had to endure!

I have used Signature Plumbing several times for different issues at my home. Each time, I received prompt, excellent service. On a particularly large job, I received multiple bids. Signature was not the least expensive but was far from the most expensive. I have referred Byron and Signature Plumbing to family and friends and will continue to use their services.
