Called them when I had a leak in my tub. After they left they claimed they fixed it. My landlord was paying and the tech was hiding the bill. After they left it was not fixed called him out again same tech charged us again for fixing it a second time and to this day the problem is not fixed. My tub stopper would stay up after a shower and he supposedly changed that out and fixed but it still does the same thing as well. I will never use them again.

Jim talked me through how to fix my tankless water heater just now over the phone. And it's a Saturday!! He didn't even charge me for his time even though I asked if I could. Super professional, kind, and patient over the phone as I did what he asked. Got me and the kids out of taking cold showers for a few days until the ""other guys"" could get to me. I see that my good friend also used him and said the same wonderful things. No doubt in my mind that Jim will be my go to for anything in the future!! Thanks again. And my kids do too!!

We used Signature Plumbing back in 2007 when our first water heater went out. They did a great job back then and this morning when I found our garage flooded I knew exactly who to call. Pam was able to make some adjustments to their already busy schedule and have a technician come out within an hour. Ken arrived within one hour and determined that our Bradford White 50 gallon water heater was indeed leaking from the inside and needed to be replaced. They went to the warehouse and came back with a brand new Bradford White water heater. My original call was at 8am, the new water heater was installed and up and running by 10:30am. I could not be happier with the service we received from Signature Plumbing. I would not hesitate to call them with any of your plumbing needs. Truly amazing service!!

My parents just moved into their new home, in Rocklin. The first time my mom used the disposal, it backed up... Both sides of the sink and the wet bar backed up (yikes). Their realtor sent them a list of service providers, but I found Signature on Yelp.

They called Signature Plumbing today, received a call back AND same day service. Their tech was in, fixed the issue quickly, and was out. Per my father, they deserved a GREAT review (so here we are)! Five stars, and 'difficult parent' approved. Thanks, guys :)

We have found our plumber for life! It's always a huge stress when something major goes wrong in your home. We had used Signature Plumbing for a smaller faucet repair, but when our tankless water heater stopped working, they came out almost immediately. They diagnosed the problem quickly, they didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need, their prices are fair and they were respectful of our house and were clean and courteous. Highly recommend them!

I recommend Signature Plumbing if you are interested in quality workmanship at competitive pricing. The office staff was very courteous. They showed up when they said they would. And, Jim also gave interim advice on how to handle a costly and separate plumbing issue we will be facing down the road a bit when the budget permits.

So far I've been super impressed with Signature Plumbing! I asked them to come out with very short notice to look at some noises from pipes in the house. They squeezed me in and when Tony arrived he was professional and began researching the issue. Jim and Tony are coming back out to finish sleuthing and hopefully fix:) awesome Service!!!
