I called another plumbing company for help on a Sunday morning. I was frantic as I had to turn off the water to my house Saturday night when I discovered a water leak. There appeared to be a leak in the wall behind my refrigerator. The company referred me to Signature Plumbing as they could not help me. I left a message and although I did not get a call back until first thing Monday morning, Jim came out immediately and confirmed my suspicions. He even crawled under the house to inspect and be sure it was the water line to the ice maker. He then cut out a small section of wall, found the leak and repaired it in no time at all.

He was very personable, professional and reasonably priced. I will use Jim/ Signature again and refer to all of my family & friends! Thank you Jim.

Came to look at a few things going wrong in my house. I explained there was a leak + moisture under kitchen sink. Identified one problem with my sink (pull out hose was leaking), but didn't find a second leak (at a pipe fitting).

I COULD have figured out that there was a leak there, had I looked for a few minutes. I did not tho, because I have not even moved in yet and figured the professional would just figure out whatever the problems were...and handle it.

I called them to let them know. Rather than offering to fix it as if they had done so on initial visit (parts + labor, of course), I would have had to pay for a whole mew appointment, and get charged the minimum for visit on top of whatever the actual price of repair is. So I'd have to wonder...why the heck would I not go with someone else to do the repair?

They threw in some condescension about expensive trucks and how businesses work (yah, I know...), also.

I do not recommend.

i phoned signature plumbing for the first time today before 9am and spoke to agnes about the water heater not producing hot water, she was very helpful & professional.
at 10am of the same day, jim was already in front of our house, quickest response i have ever experienced.
Jim was very professional and friendly as well, he explained possible reasons why its not working. he did his tests, he cleaned the combustion air filter & replaced the control valve. he saved us a lot of money. thank you again jim. we will do business again with signature plumbing.

Jim answered the phone on the first call. The plumber he sent, Ed, was fantastic. He was courteous and absolutely knew what he was doing. Our washing machine was not draining properly due to blockage in the drainage pipes. Ed took care of it quickly and a very reasonable price.

Jim is an honorable person and I really appreciated what he did for me. I put a hole in my fire sprinkler pipe and even though he couldn't make it out to my house on a late Saturday night, he helped me with some choices to fix the pipe temporarily myself. He walked me through some parts I could pick up at local hardware store, I headed to Lowe's while still being on the phone with Jim. They were about to close when I got there but was able to get some of the parts. I came home and installed the repair over the leaking pipe and it worked until I got it repaired by a professional. Wish there were more people like Jim in this world!

Gas water heater was leaking. Another plumber recommended Signature Plumbing because he could not make it out to fix the water heater for a few days. Called Signature, talked to Jim the owner. Ed came out to diagnose the problem and needed to replaced the 12 year old heater ... Ed was professional, courteous, friendly, showed up quickly and on time, got the job done next business day with a better quality water heater. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I called Signature since I had used them before, in the morning about a clogged sink. They were honest with me and said it was a very booked day since it was a Saturday and I might want to try someone else. After calling around and getting nowhere except an over priced bid from Roto Rooter I decided to wait till Monday. Then later in the afternoon I get a call from Ed at Signature following up and asking if I got my problem fixed and saying he had time if I needed it. He came right away cleared it quickly and the price was more than fair. AMAZING! I am a Signature customer for ever. Honest, professional and quick!!

Had a back up in my mother in laws mobile home. Called Signature and they sent out a plumber same day and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable fee. I called 4 others and none were able to come out same day. One referred me to signature. I'm glad they did.
