Domingo from Signature HVAC was great today. His experience was easy to recognize and he was able to diagnose a not so regular problem, have it corrected and AC was working within the hour. Professional, on time, clean work

Worth noting that the problem itself originated from Signature's original install of a Carrier unit....mis-wired. This same HE HVAC had another install problem, as the venting was not properly pitched resulting in shutdowns. Fix required opening ceilings in this home and an adjacent home. Fix of the fix left plastic access panels in ceilings throughout both brand new homes. Year later, fan motor needed to be replaced (filters changed regularly.)

The installation went well however I was told at signing that I could expect a $400 PECO rebate. This affectEd who I chose to do the wor. After waiting six months due to signature paperwork delays I received $100. Not happy.

They are awful. Mike Brosko was our service guy. Very condescending and mean to my wife. Also their service is terrible--they are constantly trying to upsell you. They quoted $650 for a repair, we got a second opinion for $315. That has been my experience with signature.

Also, they assessed our other unit a few years ago, determined we needed a new one, when other repair services said it was fine and reparable and still going today. I have heard that their *repair technicians* get a 5% commission for sale of any new unit, which explains a lot.

I am so grateful to have found Signature. I called several other places for help with my AC and Tim was hands down the best. So knowledgeable, and honest, got back to me right away with me about my issue. I'm a recently solo homeowner and have a lot to learn about my HVAC. We had several companies give us estimates on heat pump replacement . Signature gave us a written estimate, (unlike some other companies that just wrote a number on a scrap piece of paper). We dealt with Bob, who was very knowledgeable about his work /business /product. There was no hurry up and sign now or loose this excellent price, no pressure at all. I myself do in home estimates and I was just so happy he presented the estimate the way I do. The crew, Stephan the foreman and Aaron the apprentice were a pleasure to have in our house. Very respectful of our property, and also continued to keep us in the loop of progress. Signature did the lower level unit, and obviously the upper level unit will need to be replaced, and when it does, Signature will be called upon!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES!!

Overall did a nice job with the sales and installation. Their service scheduling is very disappointing so be warned. I set up a Saturday appt a couple of months in advance since waiting for them during the work week is tough for us. They told me that the earliest appt for a Saturday was June 1st so I took that appt. Then they call up in mid May saying they have to reschedule until august or later unless i can do it during the week. I could tell that they were now only reserving Saturday appts for larger dollar installations and my service (their required annual service per their maintenance agreement) was not enough money for them so they pushed me out...note that i bought 2 systems from them in the past couple of years for over $22k. Moral of the story is you are very important to them prior to your purchase but not so much after! So nothing very special about this company so if you know of a better one i would go elsewhere.

Do not sign up for any membership with them!

We bought a home in Delco and considered to connect with them to maintain our hvac systems. Ended up signing up for their comfort club membership. During the first visit, the technician John educated me well about the system but also made a long list of potential problems to fix which cost more than installing a new system - I passed the fixes. I had someone else come and look at my system who sealed some leaks and we started to see an improvement in our system performance. This was May, 2018. I called in June - spoke to Peggie and then Robin and requested cancelling the membership. Was told it will be canceled once they billed my for the first visit. 5 months fast-forward and several phone calls and emails later - I am still being billed monthly and they have not cancelled my membership - I am considering a civil petition but will also make sure none of my colleagues / neighbors use their services ever!

We've had a service contract with Signature Heating since purchasing our current home three years ago. This year, when their technician came to do the yearly inspection he found that our 14 year old heat pump was in need of several repairs. We decided to replace it rather than do the repairs. Literally within hours, Signature sent a representative to our home to explain our options in replacing our heat system. We were very impressed with his friendly manner and with the fact that he didn't try to ""up sell"" us anything we really didn't need. We were also impressed with his obvious pride in the company he worked for. Two days later - on a freezing and snowy morning, Signature's technicians came to replace our heat system. The techs were fast, efficient, and incredibly considerate about not leaving any mess in our house. They carefully explained the heating system to us. Again, it was obvious that they took pride in their work, and in the company they worked for. Even thought it was an very nasty day to be working outside all of the guys remained friendly and good humored throughout. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Signature is a great company.
