This company has gone straight downhill since being sold. We've been paying monthly membership for 7-8 years. Our AC had been WORKING FINE.
They came for the spring cleanup and recommended to proactively replace the contactor and capacitor. We agreed to it and the work was done in 30 minutes. They charged $900 for 30 mins of work and parts that cost $40! A few days later the entire unit broke down. Because of our membership, they're supposed to come quickly to to fix it but they scheduled two appointment times that they didn't show up for.
When they finally showed up for the third appointment time, they told us we'd somehow lost all of our refrigerant in the space of about 5-6 days and needed a new inner coil for $6500. Then they tried to sell us a new AC (making our $900 ""proactive"" replacements completely worthless.) We've since called two other companies and received quotes for half that amount.
In summary, the membership isn't worth it anymore because you won't get priority treatment. Second, the $900 on parts they recommended to replace proactively we may have just flushed down the toilet because the entire system broke only a few days after they left. Which seems suspicious.
****At the absolute least, get quotes from other companies before agreeing to anything they recommend!****

called for a no heat situation. they Didnt come when they first said they would. then came late to the next appt. the tech was helpful and seemed competent. but he half fixed my problem and said he or someone else would call the next day with a timeline for full fix. no one called. I spoke to the sales guy who also said someone would call. and no one did.
they all admitted to me that the company struggles with communication. so now I'm stuck having paid for half a fix and no one is returning my calls.
I hope they do the right thing but at this point I'm not sure they will ever return a call. read the other negative reviews: that is the service you are likely to get.
Jason B.We are without heart this morning. Immediately called Signature to schedule a service call. I was the first in the queue for assistance. 27 minutes later I hung up and called a different company. They picked up on one ring and were pleasant and able to schedule a service call for today!
never use this company. they send technicians who don't know what they're doing and say they will refund your money for a botched service call but never do.
I have left two messages for Managment to call me back. Four working days have passed and no call back!!
This Company has really changed since it is no longer FAMILY OWNED! and they let Brad go!
Their price was double the estimated price. They did not have to make any repairs. I was told the diagnostic price was $125. The total for checking the system was $249. I will go elsewhere next time.
I was forced into using this company when I had a brand new HVAC system installed just before Worcester HVAC was bought out by Signature. I'm so frustrated with the level of service by Signature and dreading dealing with them for the next 10 years.
