This company is doing nothing more than ripping vulnerable people off. I read some reviews and I'm in agreement with them. We have American Home Shield too and they sent this company to fix a water leak on our water heater. They had to drill a hole into the concrete wall in the garage to get to the pipe that's connected to the water heater, which had a small leak. Plus move the water heater. They had three guys come. One told us that he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that he was going to charge $475 to drill the hole and move the water heater and that was for their labor, he said. I went and got our contract with AHS and told him that was covered in our contract. He said it didn't cover going through unobstructed walls. I should have read down a little further and after they left with $450, they took $25 off, I read the contract again and it clearly states that if plumbing is accessible only through a concrete floor, wall or ceiling, AHS will pay up to $1000 per contract. They also lied when they reported to AHS saying they fixed a slab leak. Well I have notified AHS and they have escalated this issue with this company. And they verified too that the work should have been covered. They are also sending another company to fix the hole they refused to repair. Please beware of Sigmond Plumbing in Spring Hill, FL and PLEASE read your contract thoroughly plus you can always ask AHS for another reputable company to do your repairs. I will upload pictures that clearly shows that this was not a slab leak but a pipe leak.

Roy was the technician who came & he very quickly resolved the issues with my garbage disposal & clogged drain from my dishwasher w/no mess. He was very professional & efficient.

Came in a hurry, misdiagnosed the reason for a handle break on a shower so my home warranty would deny the claim so they could charge more for the fix. Dishonest, don't use this vendor.

I this company out on Fri to repair a leak in my water line going to my ice/ water dispenser. Roy and his partner were very efficient and worked in a timely manner. They explained every 5hing that was wrong and what needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend this company, over anybody. They were very prompt in their service. I give them a 10 star review.

If you are a Plumber you do not want to work for this guy! No benefits, No time cards or Proof you worked there, and NO PAY if you quit! Look for another Plumbing Co. to work with!

I had some water Pressure problems Cody the plumber came out, he was ON time , professional and friendly and Most importantly got the job done right and for the price he quoted me. I would definetly use this company again and again and again , if I should need them.

Didn't fix the issue not coming back for over a week. It's a safety issue and they told my wife they fixed it. Have a child fighting cancer now a week without hot water. Refused to wear masked and my kid is sick now. We have not been exposed to anyone else. Hoping to avoid a holiday hospitalization.

1st job they did was wrong and I didn't know until another plumber saw it. I STILL called to hire them for a 2nd job today and they wanted to charge me MORE than DOUBLE what 2 other plumbers quoted me for a 5 minute job that the worker ROY admitted was a simple 5 minute job. He said cause of what's going on that's why and i said the other 2 plumbers aren't taking advantage like u are and he said it's not him, that's the price. MIND U, he didn't bother to fix what the 1st worker in his company screwed up. He laughed a lot about the situation. Their slogan says they drain ur pipes and NOT ur wallet. SO charging MORE than DOUBLE for a 5 minute job installing a stand up pedestal sink is not trying to drain my wallet? If u hire them and they do the same to u, u deserve what u get for not heeding my warning. NO integrity. He should have at least fixed what the other guy didn't do right but he was wanting to get out of here QUICK.
