AHS approved new water heater but modifications (my resposability) for the new ones' estimate would have been double of the water heaters' price. Old busted up water heater was manufactured in 2017, installed in 2018.

Our shower was leaking and we couldn't get the main water turned off. We call them and they came out 30 minutes later. They turned off the water and went into the bathroom to the shower. The faucet was already off and all they had to do was replace the pressure cartridge part that cost $30 dollars. He said he went to Home Depot to pick it up. He charged me $325.00 to do that. What a rip-puff. I will never use this company again nor will anyone else in my family. I can't believe they get away with this ripping off people. How sad. And he didn't even finish putting the faucet on because he didn't have a set screw. On top of that he wouldn't give me a receipt and said it will be email Monday. Well it's Monday and no invoice.

horrible company with bad attitudes when they screw up. we had our house repiped, and the techs forgot to hook up the shower in the guest bathroom, and when called out on it, they were obnoxious and denied it, even though I have video evidence. And not only that I called them again (shame on me) for a leaky faucet, and a leaky toilet, they had the nerve to come in and tell me nothing was leaking, and I have video evidence of that too. I do not recommend this company at all..

Finally the new water heater arrived and has been installed. I am only updated the star rating to a 3 due to the tech Jay who came out of his already booked scheule to complete the awitted task. He was knowleagable, respectfull and freindly. The office staff of this company still in my opionin need to do much better with communication.

This company is doing nothing more than ripping vulnerable people off. I read some reviews and I'm in agreement with them. We have American Home Shield too and they sent this company to fix a water leak on our water heater. They had to drill a hole into the concrete wall in the garage to get to the pipe that's connected to the water heater, which had a small leak. Plus move the water heater. They had three guys come. One told us that he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that he was going to charge $475 to drill the hole and move the water heater and that was for their labor, he said. I went and got our contract with AHS and told him that was covered in our contract. He said it didn't cover going through unobstructed walls. I should have read down a little further and after they left with $450, they took $25 off, I read the contract again and it clearly states that if plumbing is accessible only through a concrete floor, wall or ceiling, AHS will pay up to $1000 per contract. They also lied when they reported to AHS saying they fixed a slab leak. Well I have notified AHS and they have escalated this issue with this company. And they verified too that the work should have been covered. They are also sending another company to fix the hole they refused to repair. Please beware of Sigmond Plumbing in Spring Hill, FL and PLEASE read your contract thoroughly plus you can always ask AHS for another reputable company to do your repairs. I will upload pictures that clearly shows that this was not a slab leak but a pipe leak.

Roy was the technician who came & he very quickly resolved the issues with my garbage disposal & clogged drain from my dishwasher w/no mess. He was very professional & efficient.

Came in a hurry, misdiagnosed the reason for a handle break on a shower so my home warranty would deny the claim so they could charge more for the fix. Dishonest, don't use this vendor.

I this company out on Fri to repair a leak in my water line going to my ice/ water dispenser. Roy and his partner were very efficient and worked in a timely manner. They explained every 5hing that was wrong and what needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend this company, over anybody. They were very prompt in their service. I give them a 10 star review.
