Pat was awesome, super friendly, knowledgable, and professional, I gave him a laundry list of repairs to do (including the installation of over 40 electrical switches and receptacles, fixing window screens, recrimping/resealing external coaxial cables, etc.) before I listed my house and he soldiered through all of them! With all the snow and pandemonium in the Sierra's right now, getting into your own driveway can be challenging. After calling many, many phone numbers to get my berm cleared and my driveway opened up in Sugar Pine, I was losing hope that anyone would call me back, much less, get the work done. Most of the numbers I called wouldn't even allow me to leave a message because so many had their voice mail boxes full. I get it, everyone was in the same boat needing a snow plow!
When I called Pat, he returned my call within 30 minutes! I told him the situation and he had a plan. He ended up sending a different machine to do my driveway and it all worked out perfectly! Pat exhibits what I call ""good 'ol Tuolumne County integrity"" and exceptionally good service! I am thrilled with how he handled the whole situation, and you can bet I will be calling him in the future for ANY of the services he provides! Don't hesitate to call Pat - he will get the job done!

This review is a year late but wanted to post how happy we are with Pat's service to our sprinkler system. When we bought the house we could not find anyone willing to take on the repairs of our system, which was extensive. Pat came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and then he CAME BACK to do the work. (We could not find anyone who would actually come back to do the work.) He showed us everything he did and where everything was and how it all worked. We were very pleased and will not hesitate to call Pat in the future for property repair and handyman services.

These include: Mounting Televisions, installing ceiling fans, mounting garage cabinets, installing garage door openers and countless other home related projects.
