LUV Sierra Plumbing! Doug Berryann is Great! He is personable, polite, and professional. His truck and equipment were clean and well maintained. He did several diagnostic procedures and was at my home for almost two hours during which he thoroughly discussed options and issues. Here is the surprise - He did this at no cost! He said that since he did not fix the problem that day (per my request), he did not feel right charging. Wow! That is Customer Service. Subsequently we have had more discussions and I have continued to be impressed by his diligence, concern, and attention to detail. He has also been exceptionally proactive at finding cost effective solutions. Five Stars!!!
