Biff B.Contacted these guys about installing a septic system, and they gave the HIGHEST bid which was downright offensive. My average bids to do the job were $45k to $50K. Sierra came in at $102K.
When I called them on it, the owner began claiming the ""costs"" for materials were over $45K, and then insinuated I ""probably have never done this before.""
Well, I have. And I had done my homework, and I know what this stuff should cost.
It is my opinion, I believe they did what many contractors do. When they saw a custom home in a nice neighborhood, they just jacked the price up as high as they thought they could.
I would not recommend this company based on the bid I got.
