If I could give less I would. First of all the guy called me for pictures, so I asked my husband to send them for me I was working. A couple hours later, tells me he didn't get them so I resent them from MY cell. He calls my husband the next morning left a msg asking if we still need the service? I thought he didn't get the pictures so how does he call my husband? Anyway, the apprentice comes but by to the wrong place: We realized it was him after they left and we called asking if it was them who had left. He says yes and advices they can be by in 20. My husband purposely waits outside so they don't go the the wrong place again. As they arrive Robert and another guy walk by and go knocking on the wrong door once again and adding the comment, I TOLD THE MOTHERFUCKER to be here, that I was coming. Something along those lines. Absolutely not ok.

They advertised an initial price , then upon arrival denied that price and increased it. Cursory exam of my kitchen leak , which still leaks.
I asked for an estimate for a new furnace and had to practically beg for it . Once I received it there was no follow up to my e mails. How do they stay in business?

I cant even begin to Express just how flippin' awesome Robert is!! AMAZING customer service, knows his sh*t, no non-sense kind of guy! Super friendly, reasonable prices! I just can't say enough good things about Robert and his team!!

Robert went out of his way to call us while we were trouble shooting a water heater issue at our rental on Kirkwood mountain. I'm sure he was slammed with calls in the blizzard and he went out of his way to follow up with us to make sure we were okay. Robert is knowledgeable and honest; I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a plumber who does NOT finish the job, look no further.

Over the course of two weeks and after replacing 5 parts and charging me an exorbant amount my boiler would run BUT not shut off ever! The wiring the company put in looks like its been put in by a child.
I ended up turning my system on manually for hot showers having to plan ahead 3 hours in advance. I couldn't use my floor heaters at all.
And the really great part. . . When I was handed the final bill, the company overcharged me two hours in labor! I let them know they were there 7 hours and not 9 they said, ""oh, right.""
They dutifully let me know that all their work was guaranteed though. So when I let them know that the boiler wasn't working correctly I was hoping they would mend it. . . two months passed, I called at least twice but they ignored my phone calls.

I finally had to call another company - I suggest you do the same.

I recently needed a plumber to look at my steam shower. I was referred to Sierra Nevada Plumbing by a friend. The owner Robert Compton is a total professional. He has been in the business for over 30 years. He came to the house three times (always on time), and discovered the broken generator has a life time warranty. It is rare to find such honest, deligent, hard workers in Tahoe. When going to supply stores, I mentioned his name, and everyone said this is the guy to call when the other plumber you had screwed things up. Call Robert he is the best in Tahoe.
