They did not install things to code when helping with my house rebuild. Due to this many warranties were voided. A vent was not installed properly and a few other things were missing. We have asked him multiple times to please come fix what is not legally installed, but he says the job is done and he is too busy. I've already lost one house to a fire possibly due to his negligence, I do not need to lose another one.

Did not perform work to code, refuses to make it right. It's been almost two years of reminders from our building contractor and myself and he still claims he's too busy to deal with it.

HELP! Justin, my furnace has gone wonky!!!! The filters seem fine, I have the front panel off, but it just keeps shutting down!!! Both of my phones are not working, I am an old woman and freezing. My parents have been waiting 4 months now for Sierra plumbing to come complete a job they already gave a bid & promised to do. Now after waiting 4 months with the ground dug up waiting for them the temperature is starting to get freezing so my parents are now going to have to pay someone again to close it up because the job still hasn't been done & find someone from Pocatello to do the job next year. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Don't take a job in July when you can't get it done before winter!

Justin is the best! He's quick, responsive and does a good job. My office is in an older building with a matching heating/cooling system. Justin fixed my furnace and repaired my wheel fan and motor for a very reasonable rate. It was done fast too! He's honest and straight up with you. I really appreciate that.

In my case this company is absolutely useless.I called their number ,which I googled up and it said on-line they serve American Falls.If so , - they are redefining the word service.Justin came to look at my bathroom just once and never offered anything tangible.I called him back couple times , trying to get at least an estimate and was not successful at doing it.
One of the joys of living in the rural area is learning how to do a lot of things yourself , for it takes forever to find a decent specialist and googling it up can hardly help , since a lot of them are listed as servicing American Falls and when you call you figure out they are not.I am not used to doing my plumbing myself ,I delegate responsibility to trained professionals,paying a bit extra thus saving my precious time . I can screw/unscrew hoses etc.
However I do have a plumbing project in my bathroom for which I do not have time or necessary skills.
What your typical plumber does ? 1) Assesses the situation 2 ) Takes measurements 3) Gets back to you with an estimate, which includes the information about 2 important things : time and money.None of which was done by Justin, who just talked a lot and even told me he knows the afflicted fellow , who ""renovated"" our house before we bought it and even managed to install all the electric outlets incorrectly.The cross of Saint Peter or Petrine Cross is an inverted Latin cross traditionally used as a Christian symbol, but in recent times also used as an anti-Christian symbol.Not sure if inverted electric outlet symbolizes the Satanic feelings of self-proclaimed electrician or simply marks his adoration for triply distilled spirits.Justin told me he could give me his phone number.What for ? We came to terms with it and forgave the poor soul long ago.
My conclusion : those guys just look for a quick extra buck to make and are not interested in helping you with any project which might require them to work harder.
If you are not interested on working with me you could tell it directly to me no need to stop returning calls etc.
So yeah , please do yourself a favor and do not waste time trying to get anything from Sierra.
