Your service representative Josue Arciga did a great job testing our compressor and was very knowledgeable explaining a few of the problems he encountered. We had pre-purchased the replacement filter and he said he would put it in for us but he informed us that we had purchased the wrong model. When we ask the lady that was setting up the appointment what type of filter we needed, she told us Merv 11 which is what we purchased but she failed to tell us that we needed Merv 11 Model 210 and we purchased 110. We asked Josue if he had a filter with him and he replied yes and the cost is $199.00. We really could not afford paying that much but we are in our 80,s and cannot climb the ladder to replace the filter. You were very kind to comp the service call for and we greatly appreciated it.

Well, the filter is available at Home depot for $56.99 for one filter and a 2 pack for $102.99 and that includes free shipping. For the $199.00 I paid for your one filter, I could have gotten almost 4 filters at Home Depot. I believe your mark-up to be highway robbery. I live in a 55 and older community and I will certainly be making my friends and neighbors aware of how we were taken advantage of as we see your vans here many days a week. We will no longer be using your service as I am certain this is not a first for you and we have probably been taken advantage of many times before.

Worst company ever!!! They make money by overcharging you for repairs . This company try's to up-sale you parts and services you don't need . Please be aware of this company!!! I only used Sierra air conditioning because I purchased a new house and they installed my unit. Huge mistake!! I asked for a break down on parts and hourly fees to fix my unit and they would provide it to me. Total rip off this company has no morals . DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We have utilized Siera hvac since moving into our house. House built in 2019 & heating/air condition sustem is reasonably new. Yet, whenever they performed spring or winter inspection they always ""found"" something (a part) that was a potential problem & recommended repair or replacement, estimated cost each time upwards of $500. ""Frightened"" us into Having the work done. wife & I are 83 & 80 respectively and sought another opinion from a small hvac LV company & found that Siera was taking advantage of us, as the smaller independent company did not find any of the problems ""found"" by Siera.

Horrible salesman visited the house and pitched an overpriced package with a replacement cost of $17,000. Spoke rapid fire and failed to slow down when asked. It was 120 degrees on the day our unit stopped functioning after a week of record heat. (I've lived in Vegas 38 yrs, and this really was a crazy hot summer). Ultimately we felt we had no choice but to move forward with this new Lennox ac system as the heat was relentless. Surely Sierra was in the position of advantage and knew it. To be fair, we didn't do our yearly service on our new build Pulte home's ac so that's on us, and our copper pipes were leaking. (I believe there's a class action lawsuit regarding Pulte's copper pipes, but I'm not a part of all that). We needed help and Sierra was the only company to return our call. Good on them for that. The workers did arrive the next day and did an excellent job. We have a cool house again thankfully. It'll be a 3 week wait for a crew to come back to repair the hole made in the ceiling and gauges left in the walls. But that's not really a big deal to us. I was disappointed in Sierra for the way I was addressed when I criticized the exorbitant ac replacement price. The actual fix was not the issue. The problem lie in their inflated prices and sales approach. I'll never recommend them. Maybe Sierra inflates their prices when they feel a Summerlin zip code warrants it. I wouldn't doubt it

The staff is extremely responsive and friendly. They came out the same day as our request and were able to replace major portions of our unit within 24 hours. The new system parts (condenser unit and cooling coils) were YIKES expensive. Not what anyone else I know has paid but worse does not come with service maintenance. Every person I know who replaces these units and spends that kind of money also get annual maintenance service. The installation had challenges and they broke another part and they've Gerry rigged the switch so the entire system will work, but it's a safety mechanism and we've been unable to get them back out to fix it yet though I'm confident they will if we keep calling. The attic entrance was too small to take out/bring up the old/new units and they will fix the damage to the drywall but we had to call and it'll be a few weeks yet. Not a big issue. We called Sierra because they installed the original unit which lasted only 7 yrs. The copper units rust out quickly & I've read Train knew it had issues w/the units. Hopefully this newer aluminum system will last longer; a 5-yr warranty is concerning. I'd have preferred the normal 10-yr warranty

Called to order a specific air filter and they said to order on the website. The filter we need is not available on the website. When calling back they connected me to an ai chat bot which could not place the proper order. We have a service agreement with them but they don't bring the proper air filter when they come for the seasonal service.

The technician was scheduled to come between 3-6PM but arrived at 7 PM and stayed until 1 AM. Despite all that time, nothing was fixed because he ""didn't have the right tools."" He also never called to inform us he would be late; we had to reach out to check. That was an immediate red flag.

What I'm most disappointed about is the state in which they left my attic. There's significant electrical damage on the control board, everything was left exposed, the TXV cap wasn't put back on, and there are severe dents on my evaporator coil.

Sloppy, lack of integrity and highly disrespectful, showing little to no professionalism.

By the way, these guys will aggressively push you to buy a new unit. I got quotes from Sierra, Goettl, and Johnny on the Spot; Sierra was the most expensive, even with their ""discount.""

Don't say no one warned you.
