We requested our yearly air conditioning maintenance and Dustin Romine came out. He was friendly and efficient. He told us exactly what he would be doing on the inspection. He checked and cleaned the air conditioning unit. He also went in the attic to check all of the wiring and unit. When he was done he showed us all of the pictures he took to show everything is clean and working. We have been using Sierra Air for over 8 years and always have knowledgeable workers and they are all friendly and courteous!!! Always 5 star service!

Derick the sales associate was awesome. We were due for an AC replacement as our current AC system was 20yrs old. He explained to us the different AC systems they provide. He also explained the option to repair as opposed to replacing. As price was a main concern Derick gave a solution to get an additional price reduction. We went ahead and book the next available opening for installation. I would highly recommend Sierra AC.

I have the annual maintenance contract service for my HVAC, plumbing and water heater with Sierra.

Their Customer Service notified me that it was time for the Spring HVAC checkup and scheduled it for 3/21/25 at 2:00 pm. Their technician, Alejandro Ruiz Padilla (AJ) showed up at my house right on time. He did the scheduled Spring HVAC check up. He checked everything inside and outside my house for my HVAC system. He cleaned my outdoor condenser unit and checked it thoroughly. He went up into the attic and checked the HVAC unit thoroughly.

His report indicated everything was working properly and ready for the summer! H was very professional and did a great job.

Joc & Martell did a great job with our first annual water inspection, including water heater flush. Learned a few things about water filtering and water pressure regulation as well. Very helpful and courteous.

Spring maintenance was good but not as complete. I grew up in Las Vegas. Sierra was local owned and operated. Great local company. Now it's a call center with an AI. Not even a human. Then they try to up sell HARD. Then the tech who was also required to up sell. Things they used to do as part of the annual is now Ala carte. Not the same company.
