John, the owner of this company did this service call. It involved some faucet ""guts"" replacement and other shutoff valve replacement. Considering our house dates back more than 170 years this was not routine. John came on time when he promised, finished the assignment in about 3 hours, which considering the complexity is actually remarkable, and billed us fairly.
