12-04-2023: Service call was placed by my Property Management Team for a property that I owned in Rancho Cordova by my Property Management Team to adjust hot/cold temperature on a shower (2nd floor). When plumber arrives at the address, he was looking for a water shutoff inside the closet and could not find the water shutoff. The plumber/tech also said to my tenant that faucet didn't have the ability to have temperature adjusted and you would have to tear out the whole thing which would be costly.

At any rate, on 12-10-2023, my general contractor happened to be in the area and was able to remove the shower knob/handle and adjusted the temperature successfully. No need to shutoff water main (located outside of the house).

It appears the tech/plumber is an inexperienced or not well trained based upon what I have been briefed by my tenant.

It is every homeowner's nightmare - late Saturday night and suddenly the bath was draining slowly and toilet was clogged, and the shit was backing up into bath! Called Sid next morning but caught him on his family day. Called a couple more plumbers but no one could come out. Desparated to get it fixed, went ahead and tried it myself. Just I was about to yank open the cleanout cover, here came Sid! And guess what, root has grown into the main sewer line and no way I was able to cut through the root inside the line. Sid was a godsend. Hearing earlier in our phone conversation that I had to take my wife to Walmart to do her no 2, he just had to come out and help this poor couple. Sid demonstrates a genuinely caring attitude that is rare in this age and it is truly heartwarming to witness it. And he did it for a very reasonable price, especially for a Sunday. So give Sid a call, you will be glad you did.

I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment at 11:00 am. Sid showed up a few minutes early and went to work. I had a partially clogged sewer pipe. He cleaned the pipe out through a clean out installed previously and checked to make sure that all the drains and the toilet worked once he was done. He got the job done and charged a reasonable price. Great job!
