As a follow on to my review earlier in the year we needed additional service to remove and replace the original 60 year old kitchen sink along with all new supply, waste lines, faucet and a new garbage disposal at my fathers house. James quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the job. I might add that my father is very elderly and on a fixed income and James always works with us so ensure the job fits Dad's budget. ..... Alex and Carlos showed up right on time and had the old sink removed shortly after. They picked up the new sink and installed it and was running all within a few hours. Side City will continue to be my go to plumber.

I have used side city plumbing 3 times . I had a leak on my ceiling that was really difficult to fix and he was able to send his team to assess the problem and fix it . I also had my shower valve replaced recently as well as the shower face. His team did a great job .

James and Side City Plumbing are absolutely the best. He has came out two times on a Sunday for an emergency sewer backup to unclog our one and only bathroom. We had family visiting and a house full of 9 people. A backup was just not good. James has amazing customer service, always so kind and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable. This is my permanent plumbing company. I will never use anyone else in the SCV.

This is our go to plumbing company! James and his team have been great when we have had any type of plumbing problems these last couple of years. When a major leak was diagnosed with the main sewer line under the house, James figure out the most cost effective and less invasive way to resolve the leak without opening up all my floors in my house. Anything big or small they should be the first ones you call.

I contacted Side City Plumbing and spoke to James. He had his crew to out the next morning to fix my backed up sewer line. After the washing machine emptied its contents it flooded the bathroom shower.
The crew got my sewer line cleared and noticed that the house sewer line connecting to the City sewer line was cracked and had tree roots growing into it.
James recommended that a permaliner system would take care of any leaks and tree root growth in the future. They stayed all afternoon and soon had our sewer lines working.
They gave me a 15 year warranty on workmenship and labor and the price was right for the job.
I am very satisfied with the work and cleanup after completion. I'll be calling on Side City Plumbing for future work--great job.

We had a major issue with our gas line recently. The entire line from the main to the house needed to be replaced. 30' of excavating, under 2 retaining walls and patio area. We had already been without gas for almost a week as the insurance company had sent another contractor who wouldn't do the job. James assesed the job and had his crew there asap. This was a large job but his team had everything done in one day! His workers were on time, professional and cleaned everything up following completion of job. Great service and would highly recommend Side City for a small to very large plumbing job. Thanks James!
