Had a blockage about a month ago and called Sicari. The person who arrived took a look around for about 30 minutes, said I didn't have a cleanout valve, and said various solutions would cost between $350 to $3500. I told him I'd have to contact my landlord before next steps.
I asked if there was a charge for looking he said probably not and to let him check with the boss. He came back in after a phone call with and charged me ~$180.
The next day, had another plumber come by that my landlord recommended. In under an hour, he found the cleanout valve, was able to fix the blockage, charged $150, and told me the first guy couldn't have really even tried.

Called on Sunday to have them come on Tuesday, they never came on Tuesday. Not very well organized, will never call them again.

These guys are great! They arrive on time and provide excellent quality workmanship at a completely fair price! I recommend them highly to get the job done right the first time!

The old bad regulator trick for $350.00 P&L. His guage showed 140 and was SHOCKED when I pulled out my gauge showing proper reading of 63. Most people will fall for the trick....The service call was for water heater issues in full coverage and they were rep in my zip code.

I should have asked for a quote beforehand but I asked them to come clear a stoppage in the bathtub at a rental house that I own. The tenant said that the plumber used a snake attached to a drill motor, made a mess and spent less than 30 minutes to clear the drain. He also said that we should change the drain plumbing for 400 and some dollars to avoid further problems. The charge for this call was $248. I think that this was excessive. I won't be calling Sicari again.

Update to previous review
It's been 6 years since I provided my last review on this company. Long story short, the water heater that was installed by Sicari less than 6 years ago already broke. I believe the average life of a water heater is about 8-12 years. Called a different company this time for the replacement just to be told the previous installation was done wrong. I'm not going to go into all the details; however, one example is the water softener - it was installed on the outtake rather than the intake. Another example is the pan that was installed underneath the water heater - it wasn't installed correctly so the water that was collected once the water heater started to leak not only drained all over the floor, it also drained in to the water heater itself. Don't know if these installation errors caused the water heater to go kaput after less than six years, but no matter what, I would expect any reputable company to properly install the equipment it sells.

Had to have my hot water heater repaired. They were very quick and professional. Great job. Highly recommend

Sicari Plumbing has been taking care of me since 1999 installing new or doing repair work on sinks, toilets, showers, dishwasher, pool equipment piping etc.. Top notch all the way around. They have been the only vendor I have ever engaged to work on my home for such a long period of time with such a consistent high level of service.

My brand new Whirlpool water heater was dripping from the pressure release valve. I called them and they referred me to Sicari plumbing. I called them and they sent a technician within an hour.
I met Dave. Very pleasant & polite, professional looking plumber. He looked at the water heater and and my old one (right next to it which had exploded) and said he is going to check my pressure. Once he hooked up his gauge, it flew to 150psi. He was shocked it was soo high and that other appliances didn't explode. He immediately knew it was my homes pressure regulator was bad. We live in the mountains where we have hard water which destroys these things in 10 years (last one was replaced 10 years ago).
He gave me a price which I thought was decent. Mind you, I do know my way around the house and I know how much these regulators cost, but since he was already here and he had the parts in his truck, I thought it would be nice to not have to tend to something once in a while.
He quickly changed it out in less than 5 minutes and everything was working great again. He also went and replaced the pressure release valve on the hot water heater anyways just to be safe.
Dave, you're welcome to my house for a glass of Scotch anyday! Thanks Sicari!

Came to change out the valve seats on a leaky shower. While he was there, I asked him to tighten a couple of bolts on my toilet and install a new shower head I had waiting. Tried to charge me almost $700. I had supplied all of the parts, materials, and most of the tools. No written estimate up front. His manager called later to negotiate a more reasonable price, saying the worker was new and didn't understand the rates. He thought he saw a chump and tried to take advantage. Never using them again.
