Overpriced! Came 3 times for what should have been completed in one trip. First trip to look at the job, the second time said he didn't know what he needed and had to leave to get supplies, but did do some of the work. After doing some of the work he claimed he didn't have the supplies to replace leaking pipes which I told him about on the phone and showed him when he came the first time. Left a mess of water all over the basement floor. I offered a bucket and he said he had buckets, but never used one.
Bill was just a price - no breakdown of supplies or labor. When I called afterwards to ask what he charged per hour - no response.
Find someone else!

If I could give him 0 stars I would. He did fix a slow drain but in the process left my bathroom a mess. Water all over and dirt on the floor. The price to do the job was way overpriced. A red stain on the floor.

Our very old water heater sprung a slow leak and we discovered it on a Monday night, half the basement had a good sized pool on the floor. Tuesday morning I called Siano's at 8 am and within 5 minutes I got a call back from Will. He said he would come by in the morning to assess. He fit us in between his other appointments that day, and he was there about an hour later. Our heater was old, so it needed an electricity conversion. He was able to get his electrician to come make the conversion, and get us a new electric water heater hooked up and working before that afternoon. They hauled away the old one. The price was very reasonable. I felt Will went above and beyond to help us out in a difficult situation. We didn't even have a plumber or electrician yet, since we just bought this house about 6 months ago. Will said we can call him anytime for anything we need, and now we have our go to plumber. So pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend Sianos for your plumbing needs.

Don't call anyone else. Billy is truly one of the best in the business. He has taken time out of his holidays and after hours to get us out of plumbing troubles multiple times in the past. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. You won't be disappointed.

We used Siano Plumbing today. Our water heater broke down and leaked gas. We called the Gas Company. They came and turned the hot water tank off. We were told that it would be several days before they could help us. We are a family of six, with two children. We cannot be without water for days. We then called Siano Plumbing, explaining our problem. Within hours, Mr Siano was at our house installing a new water tank. In all this he even cleaned up after himself.
