If I could give 0 stars I Would. Mr. Tony Shy himself came out to do work on my home. My complaint was I smell gas in my Hall closet as well as my front porch Lights not working flickering lights and also my dishwasher retaining water after cycle. Mr. Shy and his assistant did crawl under the house to see what was going on with the stoppage of the dishwasher. They did whatever they need to do we ran a cycle and everything seem to be OK. However for the lights on the front porch I bought new light fixtures a new plug for outside and Mr. Tony Shy still couldn't get those lights to come on. But he wanted his bill to be full paid before he continued the work. $425 to be exact. Those lights did not work until today May 14, 2018 let me also not forget the dishwasher yeah it still has water at the bottom of it. The lights are on today because I had to hire another contractor this contractor had my front porch lights on within 45 minutes the outside plug working as well the problem.....a fuse needed to be changed out and the wire that was in that light switch was loose. The flickering lights the fix also another fuse change whereas Mr. Tony shy told me my electrical Box was old and not up to code and he was surprised that I was even able to purchase the home with such an old electrical Box. The contractor who came here said that there was nothing wrong with my electrical Box I just needed to have those 2 fuses changed out he checked a couple of plugs some wires were loose and in other areas of the home but it was fixed. So now I have lights on my front porch and the lights in my home no longer flicker the total time for the job was 2 hours. The total cost for the job was definitely not $425 I am requesting Mr. Tony shy refund me half of the $425 I paid him.
