Had to have the sewer line cleaned and inspected for the sale of my home. Shuster's guys came out and video scoped the line and certified it in ""Great"" shape. When the buyer called Bill Shuster to verify the report, he told them NOT TO BUY THE HOUSE because of the condition of the sewer line. He cost a lot of money and aggravation, nearly derailed the sale of the house. He doesn't stand behind his work or his plumbers. Buyer Beware!

I'm not a fan of this company. I wasn't impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the two guys who were sent out to my house. They made multiple comments/questions towards my wife which were borderline inappropriate (at best).

It also seemed like they charged way too much to come out and they weren't even able to diagnose the problem. When it was all said and done we felt ripped off and we were glad to have them out of our house.

I will be choosing a different plumbing company the next time we have an issue.

Our kitchen sink was very slow to drain. After some time it wasn't draining at all. I spoke with Bill on the phone who was very professional and was able to come out same day.
My service was performed by Guy. He was very nice and very professional. Came in and got the drain unclogged needed 50 feet of snake to unclog it. I am happy to say we are back in tip top working order.
He showed up when he said he would and called prior to coming to our home. Would highly recommend Shusters!

Be wary of Mr. Shuster. His employees came out to fix two toilets. He said one was fine and didn't need anything and ""fixed"" the second toilet,however both are still not working. When I asked Mr Shuster to return, he would not without a second service charge. The employees also told me they were undercharging me for the work, and in return asked for a five star review. My neighbor had a very similar issue with Shusters Plumbing. We both found him very arrogant. When I texted him today to get details of what was done (I misplaced the invoice), he flat out refused. Very unprofessional.

Great service. My water heater decided to quit working after 17+ years (go figure!) and Bill and Eric had me back in hot water within 5 hours of my initial call. Definitely will call them if I need a plumber in the future. Highly recommend.

Another wonderful experience with Shuster's Plumbing. As previously reported, plumber was on time, calling before he arrived and very friendly. (But in a very professional way, not that creepy overbearing fake way). Reviewed the issue and options and complete the job quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely continue to recommend and use this plumber.
