This company is one of the contractors, Choice warranty company provided. Long story as short as I can make it. Shur Flow Plumbing accepted the job to fix our hot water tank. Jim changed out some plumbing and when I got home from work a couple hours later, there was still leaking water. He told my wife that we can call if there was a problem. I was ghosted for about 24 hours from both him and his base of operation. I finally got a hold of Tanya and she told me that due to Choice not paying them for pass jobs, Jim won't be coming back to complete mine. All I could think was, WOW, and explained to her that if this was the case, they shouldn't have taken on a new job in the first place. Although we went peacefully back and forth in conversation, I pretty much concluded by saying that I would leave them a review and wish them the best. So my advice to you all is that if you are using a warranty company, don't allow them to assign Shur Flow Plumbing. They will take your deductible and run.

Had an appointment scheduled, they asked to reschedule never called back and when I call and leave messages they don't return my phone call.

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me ""why is this Monday?"" Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.
""Great"" business!
