Nice guys and on time but exorbitantly expensive. Wish I had looked up the one review. They were here one hour and performed annual maintenance on tankless water heater and removed one tub stopper and removed hair at top of drain. No equipment or snake required. Charged $437.50. Wish I had complained.

There are plenty of plumbers out there - don't use these people. Tried to charge me almost $450 to clear roots out of a toilet drain line, and wouldn't warranty the work. After I complained, they knocked it down to $350. After I paid, I went into the bathroom and they had left a huge mess and even caulked over some sludge. I texted pictures to complain and say they needed to either come clean it up or refund some of the price. A lady then called and berated me for """"wanting free work."""" Was irate and fussing at me that she """"doesn't understand"""" and """"plumbing is dirty work."""" But every plumber I've had before them has cleaned up after themselves. I'm sure they'll get on here and argue with me, but this is all the truth and you need to know before you use them. Sure, they cleared a drain line but now I have more work to do to clean up after them.
