Grigor helped me unclog our lower-level kitchen sink and fixed the main-level pipes and lower-level pipes so that this issue won't happen again. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and offer very fair price. It was new year eve and he still showed up. I could tell he has the passion in his craft and work. He did a beautify job fixing the kitchen sink and pipes. He also showed us how to maintain the pipe system properly, which I really appreciate.

I'd recommend Grigor to anyone who has plumbing issue and I'd definitely call him again if I have similar issues in the future.

Grigor has now done 2 jobs for us in 2020. The first was back in late March during COVID restrictions and it was our only toilet getting blocked. Grigor showed up and unblocked the toilet. In addition he has also done an estimation visit.

We recently hired him again to install a proper refrigerator ice-box line and replace a saddle joint. Our refrigerator needed to be replaced and the installers will not hook up a saddle joint line to a new refrigerator. Grigor removed the saddle joint, and placed a brand new line with a proper ice-box line hookup. He also helped locate our water main to turn off the water, and gave us tips on a couple of small plumbing issues for us to address as DIY.
Super happy with his being able to show up at short notice both times.
The only tip I would suggest in working with him is that given he handles emergencies and also likes to be thorough with his work, he has been late both times. Other reviews also note this. My approach to this has been to be aware that he will be late, but that he will show up even if very late and take care of the issue. If I need to, I call him again and get a new expected time from him.

Run away now, and run fast!!!! Absolutely worst plumber experience. Grigor wasted our entire day by showing up hours after an agreed upon time, leaving throughout the day with no communication on when he would return. When there was communication of ETA, he showed up hours later. Finally, in the end he committed highway robbery and charged way more than was fair. We just paid him to get rid of him. We felt very used in the end.

We've had two plumbing emergencies in the last six months, and Showtime came through for us each time. Both times required evening visits that went into nighttime. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the jobs were done. I definitely will use Showtime again. Highly recommend!

Could not be more happy with our experience. We had a new fridge delivered and they said they could not install it because our piping was incorrect. So we called Showtime. Grigor came out the next morning (a Sunday kind you!) and immediately found our shut off valve (which we couldn't) and looked at our piping. He said the install company was incorrect, everything looked right and we have no reason to do what they told us we needed to. He was so thorough and courteous. He helped us find our main water shut off and even checked our pressure for us. I will say he was a few hours later than he said he'd be, but was so helpful and nice I don't even care. We will definitely call Grigor back for any future plumbing needs!!

Grigor did a great job helping us with our external faucet (routing it to a different location and replacing the spigot / pipe as well). He also helped us with a few additional items inside the house (some leaks etc.). Also he stayed late past 11pm to ensure the job was done right.

Their service is very responsive, fast and reliable. Gregor fixed my sink and tap. He also gave me tips on how to use bleach to avoid future problems. He gave me his leftover bleach bottle and bid me farewell.

Gregor was Very professional and he did not emphasize on unnecessary replacements to my tap. Would call him again for anything.
