I didn't have an emergency -- I wanted a washing machine waterline installed in the garage during the COVID 19 pandemic so dirty and potentially infectious clothing can be washed with bleach before I even step inside the house. Grigor understood the importance of keeping my family safe and informed me that he can install the waterline -- SAME DAY even though he got a list of clients to visit. He got to my house at around 7 pm and worked until 10 pm getting the waterlines installed.

Other plumbing company came and did estimates, but they wanted to do so much more work... ripping open the drywall, installing the laundry box, etc -- when all of it weren't necessary. Grigor told me yes, if I want pretty, pretty can be done. And if i want functional, I can save cost and time.

We agreed on a price -- and while working, Grigor told me, ""hey, if you get more water shut offs, it's going to make the future plumbing work easier."" He added an additional outlets and shutoffs -- no extra cost. The man said he is going to do something for a price, he's going to do it and do it right.

Grigor and his assistant did a good job - timely and competitive estimate, and navigated some complexities that were uncovered. Also had some advice on longer term issues, which was appreciated. Will definitely call if I need a plumber!

Grigor and his team came out to address the bad odors I was getting from underneath the toilet. Turns out it was a nightmare: sewer had been pouring underneath the house for a long time and the sewer line was completely separated. His team worked for a week, and even addressed the issues left over from the water restoration company. Along the project there were a lot of surprises so it extended beyond the original timeframe and cost but I was very impressed by the clean and careful work of Grigor and his employee Jeffrey. I am so happy I hired them. Oh btw I hired two other plumbing companies earlier this year and although people they had were very nice, they were no where as technical and knowledgeable as Grigor.

Stay away from this business as they'll rip you off. I found them rude, aggressive and totally unprofessional. Their pricing makes absolutely zero sense and as soon as they realize you're in an emergency situation, they double or even triple the rate.
