Our tech Ethan did a great job diagnosing an issue we had with one of our pipes and was reasonable for work performed although the issue has not been resolved yet. We are waiting on a quote from them for repair of a pretty big job and will consider them for the repair which may require some concrete digging and a bigger budget. This review is solely for the initial interaction with Showtime Express. Glenda was very kind and thoughtful in the initial conversation and the tech rep Ethan was generous with his time and trying to help us find a best solution to resolve the problem at hand. Chris and his team are fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. We had just bought a house knowing the water heater needed to be replaced. Chris came and gave us a great overview of what he would do, and what our options were. He didn't try to oversell us. The actual installation was smooth and his team was fast, efficient, and careful. When I reached out a week later for advice on an unrelated and home-warranty-covered issue Chris was super responsive even knowing he wouldn't make a sale. Ethan was AWESOME!!!! He gave us a fair and honest price within the national average for the job we needed done. He also used upgraded materials for the pipes that can withstand 500psi. He did not overcharge on the supplies needed at all. The main part he installed will last us 15 years. He was able to do the job in 45 minutes, while some other plumbers told us at least 2 hours with a much higher estimate. I got several estimates and there were a few other less expensive contractors we could have used, but Ethan's company had more good reviews which to me equals more happy customers. He also gave us a 1 year warranty on the work, which puts my Dad's mind at ease. Our faith is restored, as we have had so many bad experiences in the past with contractors taking advantage of my 80 year old father who really doesn't know how to navigate the internet and read reviews or do research on the backgrounds of contractors before he hires them. I look forward to working with Ethan again when we eventually install a kitchenette in the basement! :)

Can't say enough nice things about Chris and Glenda. We had a water line break outside our house. The local water authority read the meter on a Thursday and turned off the water. All I could think of was spending a weekend without water. When I first spoke to Glenda she was very helpful and understanding. She got Chris out to look at the issue as quickly as possible. When he arrived he quickly identified the issue and began trying to schedule the repair with his sub who could do the trench work. He kept me informed about scheduling and ended up arriving as planned on Saturday morning. Within an hour the work was done and we had water again. Chris then made us aware we could request a rebate from the water authority and gladly provided the paperwork showing that the break was outside the house and that we could not have know about the leak. Now we're just waiting on the County Water Authority to process the request. I'm happy to recommend Showtime Express and will be calling them the next time I have a need for plumbing.

ABOVE & BEYOND in every category! Exceptional response time, service, professional, & friendly. Service like this is hard to come by!! We were told that the work would be a few days out, but an opening became available today and Showtime was able to fit us in after an afternoon cancellation. Most would have called it a day and started fresh the next morning! We are grateful! We will recommend and would certainly use again. Thanks Showtime!!
