Chris and Glenda have helped us a couple times since moving into our home last year. Glenda has always been fast to respond when I've messaged her with any issues we've been having. Chris and his team came out and replaced the main line from the meter to our home last year and all has worked great since. We had another pressure issue come up and Chris came out to diagnose as well, didn't find anything wrong, and didn't even charge us for the visit, as we've seen from other local companies. I have an older home and I love my house. However, old pipes don't last forever. Around 2 weeks ago; I discovered leaky pipes and water in my crawl space. I contacted Showtime Express and they were very responsive. Ethan was out to my house within a few days. The estimate was reasonable for replacing old copper pipes with pvc pipes. Within a few days Ethan returned to complete the job. He showed me what he was going to do to replace the old pipes; and put new pipes...he was very thorough. Job finished and he showed me the finished product. Ethan also had one additional recommendation for me, which I will take care of next week. Thankful for Showtime Express. They communicated and took care of my issue. That's all I can ask for. Great job!!
