Recommended Customer Reviews

Thank you Jeff at Showers Plumbing. I have used your service a few times and the service provided is always top notch! I highly recommend Showers Plumbing for good, fast, reliable service!

this company is fantastic! great communication, always shows up quick to fix my plumbing needs, and fair pricing. Not sure why the low rating on Yelp because they are rated 4.8 times n other reviews.

Put in a service call for a stoppage issue through AHS.
Jason w/ Showers Plumbing was out the very next day and immediately identified the issue and had everything working again very quickly.
A++++ service.
Timely, communicative, and professional.

My water heater wasn't working so I was assigned this company by American Home Shield. This company is owned my a father and his two sons. They are rude, dirty, no covid restrictions at all. No masks. They didn't even look at the water heater and diagnosed it as needing a new one. Took 3 days to order it, kept asking for upfront money. When I told them no, they canceled the order totally. The most disrespectful people I have ever met. I hired another plumber and it was just a fuze that needed to be replaced. This is just an AWFUL company to deal with.

I was assigned this company by American Home Shield. It took a few days to receive service. I had a bathroom faucet that wasn't working properly and a sink that wouldn't drain. Upon hearing on Monday that it would be 2-3 day before service was available, I began looking at options of clearing my own drain. Wednesday, I was still struggling with the sink and called to see when they would be coming. I was originally told Saturday, and then he made arrangements to come Thursday. In the meantime, the drain cleaner finally worked, and my drain cleared. So, one job down-that I completed myself. Thursday, they determined that the line had sediment. They decided I needed a new faucet. So they bought one under the home warranty. It didn't fix the problem. Then it was determined I'd need a few hundred dollars worth of work, as well as another new faucet-none of which was covered by the warranty. They left Thursday, planning to come back Tuesday. Upon going into the bathroom I saw the faucet was improperly installed. I cancelled my appointment with them. I paid a local handyman to fix the faucet and the pipe issue. He did it quickly and reasonably. Then I discovered that they hadn't left the pop up plug drain assembly, so I don't have a working plug for the new faucet, and the old one isn't compatible. When I called to today to ask about it, I was told it didn't come with one, but the ad in Home Depot for this faucet clearly shows that it comes with the pop up plug drain assembly. The plumber was angry with me for a review I'd left with the warranty company, told me he was ""done with me"", and he hung up on me. The drain and plug assembly belong to me, and I'm waiting on their return so that I have a sink that functions properly with a plug. I can't recommend either company: plumbing or warranty. Buyer Beware.

We were referred to this company via American Home Shield. The workers showed up, neither of them wearing masks. They also didn't have any cover on their shoes for walking through the house and were advised of this. They left to go and retrieve parts for the water heater and after two hours we called them for an update and they informed us that the warranty company reassigned our case to another vendor. We contacted American Home Shield to find out why and they indicated the service people requested that we be reassigned to another vendor because we were rude to them. Rude is when one shows up at a customer's house to complete a service with no protective cover on in the middle of a pandemic. When they left to go and get said parts, they were advised to have the appropriate masks etc. upon their return. And rather than accommodating our request, they chose to call us rude and be assigned to another vendor. I will be writing reviews regarding our non service today on every outlet available to me.
