Ty and his crew did a wonderful job on our two bathrooms. We had time constraints, and they met our timeframes. He helped update 2 bathrooms that were very dated. His tile guys were meticulous, in fact, all the people who worked on the job were excellent. Overall, really good experience and we are so happy with our new bathrooms.

Ty ignored my job completely. His involvement on my project was obviously on his back burner. The items he handled was at best crappie. My new drain is installed crooked, I will see that daily. My shower valve sticks out noticeably beyond necessary. His response to my bringing this up is, to blame his tile guy. Yet his tile guy was meticulous and very detail oriented. I am very happy with Ivan's work! I will highly recommend Ivan the tile man. Ty was not worth my money. I would not recommend Ty. Do not use him.

Ty is unprofessional, rude, and does not listen to his customer. Used him for 2 and 1/2 bathroom reno. I would not even recommend even using him for plumbing issues. 2 of the 3 new vanities had leaking plumbing after install that required multiple revisits to fix. Plumbing also makes a weird noise now that I guess we have to live with. He doesn't even do his own work contracts out for everything. Please take this review seriously. DO NOT USE SHOWER BATH AND PLUMBING!!!

So I called Ty the owner on 1/25/21 to set up an appointment for an estimate for a bathroom remodel. He said no problem he would be by at 9am on 1/29/21. On 1/29 at 9:20 no Ty, so I call him to see if we were still a go on the appointment. He apologized and said he had a car accident earlier in the week and it through off his appointments, and asked if he could come by at noon. I gave the benefit of the doubt and said yes. He came by at noon and we walked the 2 bathrooms. In 1 I want to converge a 1/2 bath to a 3/4 for an aging in law. The house is 10 years old and had an option. He said no problem, had a binder with pictures, and good pictures of work. That was the last I had heard from him. I emailed him on 2/5 with his contact from his business card. I asked if he had the estimate as he said he wails email it in 2-3 days and it was a week later. No response - I would have expected a note out if courtesy that he was behind on jobs, and either re-evaluate the time to send the estimate or say he can't do it. I need to send this not that I could evaluate his work, but that he does not take in account that others time is valuable. That as a ""business owner"" he should communicate to potential and actual customers. Even a sorry I can't handle the job. If his follow through here is an example think what an actual construction job would look like on your biggest investment your house. If his avg on follow through is 1/2 the time, good luck on what side of the coin you will fall if you select his business.

We had Shower Bath And Plumbing remove a fiber glass jacuzzi tub and tile. We live on the third floor of a condo complex so getting this project done correctly was our number one concern. Prior to selecting the contractor we researched the cost but as I mention this was not our first concern that being said we were very happy with the quote Ty gave us. What we were more impressed with is his knowledge and explanation of the scope of work of our project. Ty was there each day from demo to the installation of the new shower fixtures. The project was completed on time which was important as we only have one bathroom. I can't say enough regarding the attention to detail from Ivan (tile setter) and Rudy the plumber. Their workmanship was excellent and they conducted themselves very politely and professional. If you want to work with a great team Shower Bath And Plumbing are the ones. We are already talking to Ty regarding our next project.

As a insurance agency owner with Farmers Insurance, I personally had the pleasure of working with Shower Bath and Plumbing when I discovered a leak in my master bathroom shower. I knew the steps and yet Ty and his work crew were exceptional in their professionalism, their timeliness, and their manner in which they explained the issues of the leak. I would not recommend nor use any other plumbing company, regardless of price.

Made an appointment for Sunday at 9 am. We have small children, and busy lives, I woke up early to make sure my schedule would not impede his time (gym, shower, breakfast for the kids) and he never showed. Disappointing, unprofessional, and poor communication. Not sure how the actual service is, but if this is any semblance on how the business is run, I would not recommend.

Scheduled for a estimate to come in the morning. when I called him he forgot he had scheduled a appointment with me and was at another job and when asked he can come by he said he doesn't have a helicopter to just fly over right away. Seems rude and unprofessional.

I had gone to another plumber and he was like you need to get the parts... Well that's why I hired a plumber... DUH... Well I was recommended Tyson's plumbing and he was absolutely AMAZING... He showed up when he said he would and completed the job when he said he would. I didn't have to have my water turned off like the other guy said and he was friendly and told me everything I needed and didn't cut any corners. If I ever need any plumbing needs I will definitely call him again.
