Tried for years to get a pump problem fixed that he put in our house. Needless to say over 6k wasted. We didnt need that damn pump they swore we did. They did nothing to weather proof the pump at all. 2 hrs with someone else and for the first time in years the toilet is now working 100% over the time. Also learned its better to complain to the state licensing board than to Shorty or his employees they dont care and they wont do what needs to be done to fix it

Several weeks back I hired Shorty's to install yard drains in my fenced lawn. I will admit I paid MUCH MORE than the job was worth but the FOREMAN (?) assured me that this will be exactly as needed to dry the runoff that creates puddles. On the day of the install he arrived with two or three men and layed out the drains locations - they began to excavate the piping ditch and i was told they would be leaving early and come back in the AM. He also indicated these were not the regular drain guys but concrete guys(?). I asked if the lawn would be reseeded and brought back to the previous condition and was assured it would be. The next morning brought the workers and they installed the drains and covered the piping. It was obvious that there were areas that were bare and no grass would be grown there. I called the FOREMAN, explained my complaint and as a result, he personally returned to the job and raked and attempted to resolve my complaint. I told him it was not as expected and it said it "should fill in" the bare spots as this grass does that. He replied to give it a few weeks and if it didn't fill as expected to give him a call. WELL...... called repeatedly , the phone number is NOT TAKING calls as the recording says. Not someone I would choose to do business with - EVER AGAIN - JTK, Walden on Lake Conroe

Called & spoke with Shorty for him to come out and give me a quote on installing a bathroom vanity and piping done for a second sink. He said he was going to be out on a Saturday after a morning appointment. I called and left a voice mail at noon and called again at 3 pm and he never returned my call or showed up. I wasted my whole Saturday waiting on this guy and still haven't heard from him!! Not very good business practices for being in business for 15 years.

I hired this company to replace the sewer line that runs from my home to the main sewer line. This company was great with the estimate and the financing, however the job completion is another story. The job had to be rescheduled due to rain and we rescheduled for 8/22-23. The job was completed on 8/23 and this company told me they would be using a stainless steel fitting on my sewer line when they tied it into the main sewer. They didnt tie into the main sewer they tied into the exisiting pipe 4 or 5 feet from the main, and it was a pvc connection NOT STAINLESS STEEL. I called Shorty twice about this job. The first call he yelled at me, and the second call he yelled again and hung up on me. I was charged $1,700 for work not done. His workers also left sunflower seeds all over my patio. I had to clean this up before my dogs ate them. I also found a beer can under my patio. Ive owned this home for 2 years and dont drink. I have also found that the plumbing company forged my signature on the loan paper work and turned it into the company on 8/18/16. I signed for the loan but they forged my signature on the completion form before the work was even started. I would not recommend using this company at all the bbb has this company rating currently at a C-.
