After my old water heater failed I was scrambling to find someone to replace it. One company gave me an estimate roughly 2.5 X what I expected from other bids. Marvin from Shoreway came out the same day to provide a very clear assessment and a fair estimate describing exactly what was to be done.

Later the same day he and an assistant came to do the work. I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship, honesty and speed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Marvin and Shoreway for plumbing issues.

Oscar and Hugo did a good job of installing the new tankless water heater, running a dedicated gas line, and adding a filter. They are very professional, and have completely the job within one day, supper efficient. In the end, Oscar has also patiently walked us through the different valves, and how it works. Marvin and Jesus were quick to do analysis of my old water heater and suggested the possible ways to fix the problem or replace the the water heater as it was very old and cause water sedimentation and make water bad for consumption.
We went ahead with replacement of water heater next day and it was done very professionally.

Marvin and Jesus came out to install a new kitchen faucet after mine had broken in half. They were very professional, courteous, and thorough. While here they identified some additional issues with leaking pipes and corrosion in addition to inspecting the bathroom areas.

I hired them for tree root cleaning in the sewer pipe. Oscar came here to give me a free quote. He explained to me what happened underneath and what options I had. I decided to hydrojet the pipe, and then we negotiated the cost up front. The next day Oscar and Huge came and spent extensive effort
cleaning the pipe. After finishing the job, they showed me the entire pipe was cleaned using a special cam. I'm extremely satisfied with their service.

Our water heater was making a lot of noises and wanted someone to come and inspect. Marvin Gonzalez and Jesus Zaragoza came and looked at it and they noticed flameouts with huge popping sound coming from the water heater which was scary. They suggested immediate replacement of water heater. Marvin patiently explained various options and was able to do the same day water heater replacement for a good price. He was able to address all the other safety issues during installation such as proper vent spacing, expansion tank and drip pan. Had an overall good experience with Marvin and team.
