After the installation, Marvin had mentioned that my house will need to to have its water flow pressure adjusted and that he will write an estimate for me. I haven't heard back from him.

I followed up with the technician that came out to oversee the post installation inspection for our hybrid water heater. I haven't heard back from him.

I called the office to request an estimate to install a water pressure regulator installed. I haven't heard back from them.

Installation of hybrid water heater is fine. Follow up customer support, not so much.

Marvin and Hugo were able to come by on short notice to deal with a broken hot water heater at my home. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the space very well. While they weren't t exactly the cheapest option, they responded fast and I would call them again if needed.

Marvin Gonzalez was terrific. He diagnosed the problems with two of our toilets quickly. (We were down to only one working toilet in the house.) He fixed one toilet and replaced the other. (He had to make a trip to Home Depot first. We weren't surprised that one toilet needed to be replaced. It was an old toilet and we had figured in advance that it was worth repairing, especially given that it used a lot of water. Mr. Gonzalez was very polite and, frankly, left the bathrooms cleaner than he had found them. It wasn't cheap, but I suspect that the charges were in line with what other plumbers would have charged. He arrived on time at the beginning of the two hour period we were told to expect him. In addition, we were able to schedule the appointment for the day after we called.

After my old water heater failed I was scrambling to find someone to replace it. One company gave me an estimate roughly 2.5 X what I expected from other bids. Marvin from Shoreway came out the same day to provide a very clear assessment and a fair estimate describing exactly what was to be done.

Later the same day he and an assistant came to do the work. I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship, honesty and speed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Marvin and Shoreway for plumbing issues.

Oscar and Hugo did a good job of installing the new tankless water heater, running a dedicated gas line, and adding a filter. They are very professional, and have completely the job within one day, supper efficient. In the end, Oscar has also patiently walked us through the different valves, and how it works. Quick, Reliable, Knowledgeable, Professional and Friendly.
Marvin and Jesus were quick to do analysis of my old water heater and suggested the possible ways to fix the problem or replace the the water heater as it was very old and cause water sedimentation and make water bad for consumption.
We went ahead with replacement of water heater next day and it was done very professionally.
Very happy with the work.

Marvin and Jesus came out to install a new kitchen faucet after mine had broken in half. They were very professional, courteous, and thorough. While here they identified some additional issues with leaking pipes and corrosion in addition to inspecting the bathroom areas.

I found them to be very proactive and transparent in discussing all the option and estimated costs. Highly recommend!
