If you need Plumbing fixes quickly or to a fixed schedule I would strongly suggest that you avoid this company at all costs. Although the vast majority of the people that you come into contact with at Shoreline Plumbing are very helpful, any proposals for your work must all go through 1 man, Bob Vasquez, which means that you are likely going to have to wait for days just to get cost estimates for any work that you need doing. I have been waiting for 3 days waiting for a proposal to do work on my house. And this was for very straight forward work that did not require any investigation in order to complete. Very disappointing after dealing with some very nice and knowledgeable people previously.

They swung by to see what all I had in mind for bathrooms and put together an estimate. Spoke to one of the guys a couple times after visit. But never got a "here's your estimate and we can start whatever day" or a "we don't want to or were too busy" thing. Nada

This company does not guarantee their work! They were hired to install a bathroom toilet and tub hardware at my residence. One month later they were called back to inspect tub water leak after first time use. In less than 10 min I was charged $123. They had the audacity to tell me not to fill the tub to the overflow drain cover or water would leak onto the second floor ceiling. Unacceptable is too great of a word for this company.

Charged $195 for leak under sink. after their thirty day guarantee, the leak came back. They wanted to charge me again to fix the same leak they butchered previously. Do not recommend.

I am surprised to see some of the reviews about this company. THEY ARE AMAZING. I operate 3 businesses here in Corpus and they are THE ONLY plumbers I would use. I have tried several others over the years and this company "Hands Down" has been the best. The office staff that answer the phone have to be the most polite people I have ever dealt with. The plumbers that come out are very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Emergency or not they have been very responsive and quick to call back and service our needs. I would easily recommend these folks over any other plumbing company out there. It is nice to see that there is still a company out there that puts customer service and quality work first. Thank you Shoreline. You are the best.

Horrible.We had them pump out our septic tank.They charged us $800 bucks for 30 minutes of work.They say they charge $200 buck an hour four 4 hours.but what they don't explain to people is that they have a minimum of 4 hours .So you gonna be charged big bucks for any little work.Why don't they just tell people that is $800 bucks and anything over 4hrs is more because its a 4 hour minimum.That way there is no confusion.i guess that's how they get people..its a sorry outfit.There are other companies that eant to help people and not just want the money.

Shoreline said it would be $90 an hour, charge from the moment you call. $90 for a one man truck. $125 hr for 2 men in a truck. I had 2 men come to my house, for a stopped up toilet. They could not find the clean out pipe, could not unstop my toilet. Charged $250 for 1 hour, 20 minutes, and did not unstop the toilet. Never will call them again

Prepare to be overcharged on their hourly rate & parts. Hard to find a reputable plumbing company for all my rental properties and storefront. Don't waste ur time unless u wanna pay 2 hrs for 1hr and 15 min of work/time at the location Oh well..on to the next.

Don't walk away from this company, RUN. They are the highest priced at $150/hour so I figured they would be the best. Wow was I disappointed, they start charging you when they call and say the guy is on his way. The guy didn't show up for 20 minutes, then when he got here he sat in his truck on the phone for 5 minutes. He then walked around the house for another 10 while waiting for his other guy to show up. Remember, this is all on the clock at $150/hr. I was purchasing a new home and wanted to have the plumbing and sewer lines checked. They went to run the camera through the sewer line and realized they did not have the machine in either of their vans so another half hour on the clock while one guy supposedly runs back to get the machine. Instead of just sitting around while the other guy is gone I ask the first guy to change out a outdoor valve that I noticed had a small leak. Again, I didn't even own the house yet but I figured as long as they were there doing nothing, why not. So the guy fixes it, no big deal but turns the water off to do it. Doesn't turn it back on, I'll get to that in a minute. The second guy shows up with the camera and they run it through the drain lines. Sure enough there is a crack with roots in the line in two places. I'm supposed to get a copy of this video on a USB jump drive. They say they will get it to me along with an estimate for some plumbing repair work. I purchase the home two days later, turn the water on and notice a leak in the T connection just above the valve they replaced 2 days earlier. I call and they say they will send someone out. They show up and fix it, a 5 minute job, and tell me it's not from the other repair and charge me $105 for the 5 minute repair. Then the guy says we need to collect for the inspection 2 days prior. They were there a total of 2 hours, well an hour and 40 minutes plus the 20 minutes travel time from their last project that you pay for. Anyway, the guy says that bill is over $400. Where I went to school $150 x 2 =$300 but by this time I just wanted these guys off my property. I gave them my credit card and chalked it up to a very expensive lesson total bill over $500. I have called 2 weeks later and still have not received the USB drive with the video from the lines.
Do yourself a BIG favor and call ANYONE else. These guys are a major ripoff.

If there was a negative score, I would use it. Have been dealing with this company for the last 2 months for a problem with the sprinkler system at the home of Chief Simpson's widow. Excuses I keep getting from the company: "Super is working on another project and will get to the house within a few days."; a week later, "Super is out of the office and will return tomorrow,"; a week later, "Someone will be out there today,"... and on and on and on the excuses keep coming. Finally, a month later someone is sent out to do the estimate. Next day I call to f/u regarding the estimate. "Super is not in today but will be returning tomorrow and will get that estimate out to you right away." Two weeks later, still waiting. Called this morning, "Let me check on that for you and I'll call you back right away." STILL WAITING!!!
