Very happy with Shoreline Plumbing & Supply and will be calling them in the future if the need arises! I went in and a lady came out of the office and I could instantly tell it would not be a positive experience. I had a photo of the parts I needed which were in the package with a full description. She stare blindly at it and didn't bother to even look or check a computer. I asked if she could order the parts and she laughed and said No. so much for supporting a local business Home Depot had the parts. Stay away from this place.

Having my clothes washer replaced and decided to replace the shutoff valves since they were the cheap quarter turn ones and did not function due to scale build up. Got the first one out and realized they were a threaded fitting and not compression. Quickly realized I was in over my head. Water was shut off so I had a slight sense of urgency to get it fixed today. Called Shoreline about 11am and Lisa had a guy (Kevin) here at noon. He quickly understood the problem, helped me understand why it was the way it was, and fixed it. Great experience and will certainly use them for any future plumbing issues. Great company and nice folks to deal with.

Shoreline Plumbing came recommended from our highly trusted local carpet cleaner, Joe with Golden Wings. Shoreline didn't disappoint. When we arrived home 10 minutes before our 2pm appointment (from running errands), the service truck was parked in the driveway. Robert replaced and tested the temperature valve cartridge in our shower in just over 30 minutes. The one hour minimum on the Labor was worth it.
