John is very competent and accommodating. We have worked with him on a couple projects and he has been really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again to ask for a quote or even just an opinion on a problem. Never had a plumber I could call ""my plumber"" but he's probably it. Mahalo!

I've known John since 2019 when he did some work at my mom's home and because he did such an outstanding job, I call him for every plumbing needs. Today, he flushed out my outdoor drainage pipes because they were clogged with debris and material from my roof shingles. I can always count on John for any plumbing work that I need and I told him that he's my regular plumber! Mahalo John!

John from Shoreline Plumbing did a terrific job fixing leaks in pipes around my moms home. He came by promptly to first quote a free estimate. He was wearing a mask and thoroughly gave us a summary of what needed to be done. We made arrangements for him to return to get the leaks fixed. He made time on my day off to fix her plumbing problem so I could be with my mom. John completed the plumbing problems and leaks quickly. He cut and replaced pipes/spouts efficiently and made my mom very happy to not waste water. He was polite and courteous- parked his workvan neatly. Great price consistent with estimate. Found Shoreline Plumbing on Yelp and very grateful for the reviews of others. Definitely a 5 star company. Happy to report there are still no leaks at my moms house

I was worried that I'd have to wait until the new year to get help, but I was able to schedule the appointment last night and he arrived within the allotted time. Didn't have to wait too long. John was very responsive to our request to get a quote. He came to our home and was extremely courteous and responsive to our questions. He took the time to explain how he would tackle our job as well as work through the pros and cons of using copper vs. PEX. He was prompt with his crew, showing up on time and working efficiently. They were extremely helpful with the installation of our new vanity and took the time and care to install a new toilet, doing the job right and taking the care as if it were their own homes. John went out of his way to honor his word to me, coming back out to my home to walk through the house for a final inspection since I was at work when they finished the job well ahead of schedule. If we ever have any more plumbing needs, we will definitely use Shoreline again!

My washing machine hoses were corroded and both hot/ cold water valves. I couldn't shut off the hot water due to in being ceased open. Thought time for a replacement and upgrade to 1/4 turn valves. Took pictures and sent requests to multiple plumbing company's on here. Got a lot of estimates just from my pictures. Had a few that said they would only give estimates in person which is crazy cause pictures showed everything. Find out one that came used there visit to charge a serve fee for estimate then wrote up a few estimates for possible work which was outrageous in price and they would leave a hole in wall cause they don't do drywall which means I'd have to do my self or have another person come. Big mahalo to Shoreline pluming for a reasonable price which included a removable access panel for future easy of work. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

I had a broken tub filler with piece of pipe still in the fixture behind the wall. I got an estimate in a few hours and he showed up later in the afternoon. He didn't leave until he got it repaired although it was well past dinner time. Would highly recommend!

Found a leaking pipe outside on a Sunday which must have been leaked for a while. Contacted Shoreline Plumbing who responded quickly (on a Sunday!), provided an estimate and came by next day Monday morning to fix it. John was very professional, easy to talk to,and he did an fantastic job! Very happy with his work. Will use him again and would highly recommend this plumbing service! Great job!
