Emergency water shutoff. Professional and so easy to work with. Very accommodating. John Dyer, owner, licensed contractor answered my call. I noticed the 5 star reviews on Yelp. Condo renovation, unit had so many plumbing issues. Shoreline plumbing plumber Vangel came to access work at unit and early morning of water shutoff picked up the plumbing supplies we ordered. Vangel and other plumbers worked the entire day to complete our plumbing renovation. Replaced water heater, 2 toilets, kitchen sink, 3 faucets, angle valves for entire unit. Even going to pickup the correct kitchen sink from Lowes, since the kitchen sink we bought wasn't the correct size. Vangel and John always answered my text messages promptly. Excellent work and customer service. Honest, professional, worked until everything was completed, timely. I'm so happy I found Shoreline plumbing on Yelp. Highly recommend Shoreline plumbing. 5 stars.

Vangel arrived right on time, I walked him through all the problems in my house - kitchen, shower drain, two toilets, and he gave me quotes for everything. Then, he fixed it all in just a few hours, including buying a new toilet and kitchen faucet. I couldn't be happier!

Stellar work! I'm a tenant in a rental property and owner's just had the old galvanized pipes replaced and updated throughout the house, also replaced the really old tabletop water heater with a modern water heater. I really appreciated the professionalism of the crew, really great group of guys! They worked very efficiently, kept the work areas tidy, didn't leave a huge mess for me to have to clean up. My family and I were all at home for the duration of the job and any disruption/mess was minimal. Overall just a great experience!

Living in an apartment or condominium, the worst nightmare is water leaks. Whether it's water coming down from the ceiling, or receiving a complaint from the unit below. It's stressful, especially when you're the one being complained (and blamed) on as if you're pouring water down on purpose. Emergency plumbing repairs is not as easy to find as you might think even though that service is offered on their websites with some offer ""24-hour same day service"". I've called many companies who are either: fully booked, earliest was the following week, actually don't offer the service, short staffed, or didn't return my call. Shoreline was one of a few who answered my call. A kind lady took down my info and the issue. Not too long after that, a gentleman returned my call and scheduled me for the following day, which was great! And a huge relief! Paul was the plumber who I was in contact with and came to find the issue, which was a cracked tub drain pipe, and fixed everything in a decent amount of time. The price was acceptable and on par with other companies. It's a flat rate service plus cost of parts. Overall, Shoreline Plumbing came through, and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was nice, responsive, and professional. Their high Yelp rating is accurate and deserved. They'll be the first to call from now on!
