Why only five stars? Because that's all Yelp has. Steve showed up when he said he would be there and ready to work. What I thought would be a Herculean task Steve dispatched within an hour. He politely and patiently explained what was wrong, how he would make the repairs and even fielded my plumbing questions. No doubt I would have more than doubled the cost of repair had I attempted it myself between damage to my plumbing, the cost of new tools and a possible trip to the ER. Shoreline has completely changed the way I think and feel about plumbers. I recommend Shoreline without reservation for all of your plumbing needs.

Had Shoreline plumbing come out for toilet problem. Scott came out twice for the same toilet so when I had a problem with upstairs I called and Scott came out again. Problems fixed. Very efficient from Linda answering phone to Scott handling the problems. Definitely recommend this company.

★★☆☆☆

Decently priced, but they were also two and a half hours late and the plumber didn't seem to know his own companies protocols. Kept having the go outside to call his boss and kept us waiting while dinner was cooking and we had to keep it warm for the hour and half he was here. Supposed to be here at 3:30, left at 7. Get what you pay for, I suppose.

All the plumbing in my house was backed up. I first called a 24hr service to come out. When they came out they wanted to charge me $7000 for parts & labor without really explaining to me what the cause was. Considering I know nothing about plumbing, I decided to get a second opinion. I called Shoreline. I spoke with Rob the owner & he was able to scheduled me in same day. When he showed up I explained to him what the previous plumber had said. After 30 minutes of looking everything over he came back with a price of $800. HUGE DIFFERENCE. He did the job for me & my invoice was under the original price he quoted me. These people are super honest & they did a fantastic job.

Referred by a friend and had him first out about 6 months ago to fix a garbage disposal. This time the master bathroom shower not draining at all. Rob, the owner, called me back on Memorial Day and was able to fit me in the next morning (today). He arrived within the time frame given and called before arrival. Had two plumbing issues (shower not draining and toilet frequently backing up). Showed me the issues. Items now working well. He was thoughtful about cleaning up and charged a fair price. He asked if there was anything else he could do/ showed concern for good customer service. Definitely recommend.
