I was having a new shower installed and the drain needed to be replaced. Devin coordinated the service call and Garrett and his colleague came to my house to complete the job. The floor had to be jackhammered and the wall opened up, so it wasn't a simple project. Everything turned out good in the end and they even did some other plumbing projects I had around my house like adding a new main shutoff valve and a new water pressure regulator. I was grateful that they were able to come out so quickly given the shower project was underway with a contractor. They saved the day and my new shower was able to be completed on time. I would definitely recommend Shoreline Plumbing to anyone who wants reliable and efficient plumbing services and an overall pleasant experience. Thanks!

Devin saved the day... we were in the middle of self-installing a reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink when a 100 year old cast-iron vent pipe was accidentally knocked and cracked. Devin wrapped up the job he was on and was at our place within a few hours, assessed the situation and was back later that afternoon to completely retrofit and resolve the issue. We highly recommend Devin, he's a true professional, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, friendly and most importantly gets the job done!!! Thank you Devin!

We decided to have a new bathtub installed since our hall bath was from the 70's and needed an update. Once the bathtub was removed, we learned that our old cast-iron drain had disintegrated and would not work with a new tub. We knew this old tub had some drainage problems, but did not know it was going to be such a major issue.

Devin came by the same day to assess the problem and told us he could come by the following day and replace the drain with an updated one that will last. He delivered and was very honest and frank throughout the whole process. The price was fair as well considering how much work this repair was (jackhammering, digging, parts, etc). I will assuredly use Devin when I have plumbing issues in the future.

Devin did an excellent job. My garbage disposal stopped working. I called in the afternoon, and they were able to come the next morning. The job was done efficiently, neatly, and at a fair price. Devin was great to work with- communicating well on appointment time and price.

I'm not normally a review-writer. Devin earned this one. When our water heater died, I first called another Plumbing Company in Point Loma I've used in the past who said the soonest they could come look at it would be in 7 days.

I then found Shoreline and Devin was at my house 45 minutes later. He pulled the broken part, didn't sell me on needing a new water heater or a bunch of other repairs, worked with the local plumbing supplier to have the replacement part covered under warranty, and had us back up and running the next day.

These folks are great, and will be getting my business in the future.

These guys are great! We had water damage on our ceiling, called All About Plumbing and they came over ASAP. Devin was able to connect us with a company to open the ceiling and dry everything out, then Devin fixed the leak quickly.

They were super professional and wore masks the entire time they were in the house. We saved their number and will be adding them to the list of trusted companies we use!

We are completely satisfied with the customer service and work that Devin has done. He's highly responsive and prompt. He doesn't mind you asking questions about the situation, explains what's going on, and confirms with you on the work that needs to be done.

I live in an old house with copper pipes from the 70's. The pipes are starting to develop leaks due to old age. We contacted Devin as a referral. He's working with us to provide all the documentation we need for our insurance (USAA). He did this job in 3 days which included work in 2 bathrooms and through 2 floors with awkward plumbing. He and his team worked hard on our complicated plumbing and cleaned everything up nicely.

He offered a more than fair price for the amount of work, materials, and time he put into the job. We have dealt with other plumbers and they are not as responsive or fair as Devin is. I would definitely call him again for future work.
