Needed our septic tank pumped. Called over Veteran's Day weekend and was surprised to reach someone. Scheduled the pump for the following Wednesday with a one hour arrival window, which I liked. The man who came out was on time. He helped uncover and recover the tank which my husband usually does but wasn't home. 1200 gallons for $325. (More reasonable than Andy Gump who we used to use but no longer provides the service.) He even vacuumed the pipe for grease that I was having trouble clogging the pipes. He also provided a referral to someone who could install our septic tank risers. Very pleased with the service. Will call again.

Cesar stayed in touch the morning of the appt and showed up with the one hour he proposed. After he dragged 100' down to my tank, he determined that there was not enough to pump and charged a VERY nominal fee for the house call and suggested I get a rooter guy.
Cesar was right about that.
In a world out to make a buck, I really appreciate his honesty and Shoreline will get my business now that I've got my flow back.

Caesar is professional and honest. For years, we had Andy Gump empty our septic tank, but they no longer have that service. The recommended Shore Line Septic Plumbing, and I'm glad they did! He was on time (early, actually, because he promised to move me sooner if he had a cancellation and I got lucky with that). We called Shore Line Septic Pumping after almost 30 years of using the same local septic pumping company. The past company is no longer reliable, so we turned to Yelp to find a new company. Ceasar came out the next day, at the time he promised and did an awesome job! Cleaned up after they finished and even out my heavy planters back where they were. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a septic system.

It's around 7 pm on a Saturday night and I see a red light on my septic tank system. Warning bells go off in my head. What does the red light mean? Why did this thing light up at the worst possible time? Knowing that I'm highly unlikely to get a response, I surf through YELP anyway and find Shore Line Septic Pumping. I call and leave a message. Amazingly, 5 minutes later, I get a call back from Caesar. He explains to me that they only do the pumping but spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me. He certainly didn't have to do that since he wasn't going to make a single dime from my call. The best thing is that he gave me a trustworthy referral who also picked up the phone immediately after I called. Wow. Who does that these days? So impressed and will definitely call Shore Line Septic Pumping when it's time to do the pumping!

Cesar and Miguel were amazing! I needed ""emergency"" service on a Friday and had called another ""local"" septic place I was familiar with, but those folks never even called me back, and then claimed to be closed over the weekend. Our situation could not wait over a whole weekend! I found Shore Line and called them, desperate for help, and they came right over on a Saturday morning and were so very nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them 100%!!! Super super nice guys and I will always call them in the future!

The fellas at Shoreline came this morning to pump my holding tank and OMG!!!! They were kind, helpful and went out of there way to help. I can not stress enough how AWESOME they were! I will call them again for sure.
