I've used them a couple of times. Both times I called a couple of places, and they were the cheapest. I watched the guy the last time and he seemed very competent and was friendly. I probably won't be calling around next time to shop prices.

I normally use Showalter Septic, but they were too busy, so I tried Shore Line. He claimed to have pumped 2,000 gallons, but in a month and a half, water was coming out of my pit. When I called, Cesar said ""Some people need it a few times a year. With Showalter, I got 1 year to 2 1/2 years between pumping. No confidence. Use Showalters.

I had to find a new company for a septic cleaning, I could not believe how the rates were with many companies and thought I must have been spoiled with the previous service provider who retired. I called Shoreline and spoke with Cesar who gave me the same rate (without asking) and professionalism in every aspect, courtesy call reminder, prompt on time, he even told me things I did not know which I appreciated. I now question my last service provider as he wanted me to have cleaning every year and it was just 2 in the home. Cesar gave me an estimate of approx 5 years and where to check the overflow tank (what ? ok I now know what that is and where that is LOL) People I called one company who was charging $1,000 for the smallest size tank (SAY WHAT) he is approx 1/3 the price and gives you data of how much he picked up etc, all I know it appeared to me from looking in that it had not been that clean for a while. he washes it out as well. The house we live in is old and the septic tank is small so pumping is a regular event. It was time to pump as the tank was to the limit and we were having a back up in the kitchen. It is Wednesday and Shore Line is booked til Saturday morning. We will wait for Caesar as he Rocks. Then we get a call a few hours later. He will be here in about 45 minutes. Awesome! Used to use Andy Gump and they were not the best and took too long to get someone out. Caesar at Shore Line is your man. He knows his stuff.
