I rarely write reviews, but Shogun Plumbing definitely earned this one. My old garbage disposal gave out unexpectedly and started leaking all over the place. I called a few places, but Shogun stood out right away -- super friendly on the phone, gave me a clear idea of what to expect, and were able to come out the next day.

The plumber, Danny, who showed up was on time, professional, and explained everything he was doing in a way that made sense. He didn't try to upsell me or push anything unnecessary -- just replaced the unit quickly, tested it thoroughly, and cleaned up like he was never there.

The new disposal is running perfectly and way quieter than the old one. Prices were fair and transparent, which I really appreciate. Honestly, just a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

If you need plumbing work done -- especially something like a garbage disposal replacement -- I highly recommend Shogun Plumbing. These guys know what they're doing and treat you right.
