This company used to be good. Used them many times in past. Now they apparently have a staffing issue, however they could have been upfront about that. Called them 4 months ago with this work I need and was told they probably can't get to it in the next week. That was fine with me. They said they would call before they came. That was 4 months ago and not a single call yet. Apparently they don't care about their customers anymore. Of course I had to get help elsewhere.

I have used Shoenfelt Plumbing for years and find them dependable and reasonably priced. They have installed a new hot water heat system, hot water tank, faucet sets and fixed a number of minor problems for me.

Our Central A/C went out the end of June. On the suggestion of a friend who is a local contractor, I called for an estimate of replacing our unit with the current technology instead of repairing the one we have. They offer free estimates. I talked to their receptionist twice who assured me I would received a call back to set a time for our home heat loss calculation to size the A/C unit for an estimate. 3 weeks later no call. I understand that this may be a very busy time for A/C business, but I am disappointed at the fact that I couldn't get a call back. We are going with another local company which is happy to take my $3800 and will stand behind the unit and their work.
