Zero stars, if I could. Jamie responded promptly to my first message. We scheduled a day and time for him to come out. He never showed up and did not let me know he wasn't coming. Three days later, he texted and asked if he could come out that morning. I said yes, and we agreed to a time. At the last minute, he said something came up, and I never heard from him again.

It has now been 2 months and he has not come back to finish the job. He kept saying he would be there but never shows up.... Now he is ghosting us. DO NOT USE!!!! He is not reliable at all. Not sure if his work is good or not, but does not really matter if he does not show up to do the work.

Called at 7pm one night about needing a water heater the next morning in a house we were supposed to be selling and closing. He showed up at 8am the next morning and replaced our water heater. Quick turnaround and excellent work.
