We had a broken valve on our sprinkler backflow device that the landscape guys weren't comfortable fixing. They recommended Steve.

Steve apologetically said he had a big job for the day and offered to come the next day, even though our problem was not an emergency. He also worked with our not being home and was able to test the fix without the water being on. He texted a photo of the completed work. The invoice came by email, the price was reasonable, and the bill was easily paid online.

If ever have a true plumbing emergency, I know who to call.

We had a water heater emergency on a Saturday. Water was flowing all over the place. I called our home warranty program and they sent Steve out to take a look and help us out. He was quick in his assessment, got all the necessary equipment, and installed a new water heater so quickly I couldn't believe it. He was friendly and just wonderful. If I had another plumbing or heating problem I would definitely call him.
