Not only did they charges us an exorbitant amount for installing some mediocre HVAC duct covers, they ripped our neighbor off. Several blocks in our neighborhood had gas line problems. Another neighbor lady and I called the gas company, but the lady next to us, an elderly widow, called these guys. I met them right before they knocked on her door and told them what the problem was. Even though he knew he couldn't help her, he still proceeded to go through the wickets and charge her. He never told her it was a gas line issue.

These guys do the work on our AC at work. They're at the office every few days trying to figure out why the AC doesn't work like it's supposed to work. Instead of figuring out the problem, they act like we're dumb and lie to them about the way the AC acts. When they finally decide to do something about it, they throw random parts at the problem to no avail. To top it all off, they don't even clean up after themselves when they're done working.
