had an issue with a leaking faucet, and Jerry came out the same day and replaced it. Now have a much better faucet and was reasonably priced. His service was above and beyond; i will recommend him to anyone who asks if I know a good plumber.

Jerry is the man! Finding a good plumber is much like online dating- mostly terrible and a waste of money. Jerry, on the other hand, has been a lifesaver. Being a new homeowner (of an old house) can be a costly proposition, and having a plumber we can trust has made life much easier. He's replaced two toilets, two sinks, a hot-water heater and a bunch of pipes and I haven't had to declare bankruptcy. A+

Had another service call to replace a boiler. He would have done today, but had some stuff blocking his storage facility, so we blocked it off for Monday. Ironically, another service guy for my heating and cooling had done the original installation, so I went with him instead. I was courteous enough to offer compensation for his time and effort, but he did not charge me. I would still use him again in the future.

We woke up to a backed up plumbing system, not able to use toilets, showers etc. I messaged Jerry Shillady first thing this am and within seconds he responded and set up a time to come out. He said he'd be here at 11 and he was, which is impressive in and of itself. He and his partner were courteous, professional and extremely reasonable and had my issue fixed within the hour. Thank you so much for your help! Hopefully we won't have another plumbing issue but if we do you are the only one we would call! Bonus is that he's a local Lansdowne/Bonner boy! Thanks again Jerry!
